Swollen nasal turbinates please help

My Three old son is
having turbinate hypertrophy from last 6 months dunno the reason exactly doctors are saying maybe allergies no other allergy symptom he has just swollen nasal turbinates. The problem is he is having partial left eye tear duct blocked which leads to dacryocystis if turbinates swell much.
This is ongoing cycle currently on steroid nasal spray, still gets tear duct infection.
Anyone knows any remedy to shrink turbinates.please help
how about lemna minor ,will it work ?

Thanks Dr Kadwa,
As I am based in usa can't get the combination remedy mentioned by you.I started with lemna minor 30 c 3 pellets once daily, which helped my son.Wanted to know can I increase the frequency like two times a day ? I am also giving nasal steroid spray which I wanted to stop. Is there any side effect with lemna minor or can you suggest any single remedy .Also in the past I gave him calcerea carb ,which didn't help for swollen turbinates and silicea 30 c for tear duct infection which was helpful.

treatment of chronic problems require very careful prescribing. trying to treat the nasal turbinates will only lead to failure. the selected medicine must match with all the symptoms of your child otherwise there is no cure.

Lemna Minor 30 may be given twice a day. Merc Sol 30 may also be tried on need.

Thanks doctor Kadwa and telescope for your inputs.
lemna minor is providing temporary relief also I am giving him calcerea carb 30 c once a week.
his other symptoms which may help you to decide on remedy are
1) sweats a lot on head .
2) large head.
3) losses his balance easily, trips a lot due to flat foot
also climbs stairs with one hand holding his knees.when he falls always hits his head only which leads to bump on head.
4) Constipation with hard stool intial then soft and putting lot of pressure even when stool is soft.
5) Nasal congestion started in usa after frequent cold ,cough in winter months. And now it is more if he goes outside.
6) turbiantes swell more on lying down so restless in sleep 7) Dark circles around eyes .
8) Noisy nose breathing due to congestion.
9) No weight gain .
10)Turbinates swell and shrink round the day.
11) itching all over body, mostly on hand palms and back.
12) whenever nose gets more congested due to cold or we stop using steroid spray he gets lefteye tear duct infection I.e dacryocystitis due to partial left eye tear duct blockage surgery hasn't helped with blockage.Blockage tends to happen if nose is swollen .
Please help me to find the right remedy , I am new to homeopathy so need your help.
lemna minor gives temporary relief I am using once a day only.Calcerea carb didn't help much with swollen turbinates.Silicea helped with his tear duct swelling which I have stopped using now.

Please give him Alumina 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week. Lemna Minor may be used on need.
