Are your legs pulling problem is in night means in bed or in day times also. Tell me also is pain in leg, in first motion or after continuous motion you get relief or your pain increase.

After sleep i didn't feel leg pain and pulling. First in the morning no pain and no pulling only sounds will come in between joints. After lunch slowly pulling increase. If i am not taking rest it will be more.
One more thing my daily job is research work and i have to stand for 9 hrs.
When i am doing cycling i feel free at least for 1 hour.
