take ACONITE 200c liquid, 2 drops in a tablespoon water, only 2 dose not more than that, not daily, 1st dose before sleep and next dose next morning after wakeup,
{if buying pills then 3 pills as one dose, 2 times, 1st at night and 2nd after wakeup, chew it, do not swallow with water}
do not eat or drink anything 30 minutes before and after medicine,
REPORT FOLLOWING AFTER 15 DAYS

proper energy level=

Sir I think take a look about my confidence level.
Sir as my view if my confidence grow up my many prob goes away.

Day by day my life condition going horrible, tax sir for look care my case. I m grateful to u.

# from 2009 my head spin start when I m positive of diabetic.
# some time feel OK some time not. But it never goes away.
# heavy anxiety and fear.
# often feel headece here and there.
# eye doctor give me tufnil.
# when I walk I falls on fear that head r spinning and I will fall down.
# when I wake up morning my mental condition sorrund fear.
# on fear my leg and hand scramble.
# walking time or viewing up or down or distance head feel spin or motion.
# on road where many car track I feel abnormal, passing road whole body out of control.
# car truck loud horn disturb me a lot
# maximum time I spend in office and home with computer.
# I love to hear music mainly rock but now I can't, head spin condition moves down.
# mental strength too poor, and no joy in life, and I expend my time for nothing only office work because bound for that.

Diamicron 60mg only morning one PCs.
At noon and night 500mg metformine.
I go to bed at 1am but felt sleep at 4am. Sleep at best 4 or 5 hrs.
