Suffering from Masturbation , Dr. 0antivirus0, Dr. Mohla, Dr Kadwa plz help

I am suffering the effects of masturbation.
i am doing masturbation since 6 and half years, also nightfall occurs, if i quit masturbation for few days then nightfall occurs, again its difficult to leave this habit, also mind changes when dirty images comes in mind its so difficult to stop myself from doing masturbation if the idea of sex/porn comes once in my mind, bones are weak and small . Blood is okkkk. Nerverous system is weak. Mood changes at night , when some curel/negative mood peoples comes nearer to me if feel depressed, during night i only lie at bed. No muscles , thin body, really i want to get rid of this masturbation habit , want to achieve a postivity in mind,
plz suggest remedies for quiting masturbation, nightfall, s recovering from its side effects such as weak,small bones, thin body, weak nervous system , negative mood s depression, also i have gas in my stomach. Also mind is not stable , it is full of curosity. Several thinking comes in one time, poor concentration, when i saw lady negative images of her comes at night time, delusion is there with tiredness. But i am cool s peachful person though, after dinner while sleeping at bed , desires awakes , frequent masturbation happens, cant stop myself, if not done if feel some loads in mind s testicles. Plz suggest remedies for quiting masturbation, stoping nightfall which occur 2 to 3 times a month, and recovering from it side effects, s gaining bone mass , muscle, s rebuilding nervous system. I want to surrender my life in the service of humanity plz plz plz help me Doctors.
