Ear blockage - Help

My sister recently suffered from cold and sore throat.
She is fine now, but her ears are blocked with phlegm and she is experiencing pain too.
No other symptoms. No fever or headache.
Kindly help.

ferrum phos 6x and kali mur 6x, 5 tabs of each three times a day feed back after 4 days.
