Bald patches on my chin

Hello,

42 yr old, healthy male with normal lifestyle (no stress). I have 3 Bald patches under my chin (~ 1-2 cm). I have been having this for the last 6-8 months or so and this has been persistent. I had this problem like 10 years back and went to a Dermatologist. Back then the Dr said it will go away by itself and it did. But now I have this problem for quite a while now. Wondering if there is any Homeo practitioner could suggest remedies to my situation please?

Additional Info:

I have a dead molar on the lower jaw which the dentist said might need to be extracted soon if I have any pain. This tooth is dead for about 6 years now, dentist said it has deep pockets and 6 years back they filled it. During my last dental visit, the dentist said i have very small puss/decay which they cleaned out.

My personality / likes / dislikes:
1. More of an introvert but love nature, outdoor activities. Very limited, small set of friends. very friendly and outgoing with known people.
2. like sweets, love to drink but don't smoke.
3. I like cold weather and hot weather as well. Like salty, spicy food although sometimes my stomach cannot tolerate it.
4. I have stomach acid issues. I get loud grinding noise from my stomach when it is half / full empty and this happens daily. aggravated by coffee drinking so i minimize coffee, but drink 1 cup of black tea every morning
5. my hair is almost bald in the center and right side. runs in my family genes i guess
6. Tongue coating - slight white in the morning in the middle of the tongue
7. prone to seasonal allergies / sinusitis issues if i don't take allergy medications on time
8. high metabolism - get hungry and eat considerably well. don't exercise that much but I try to do as much as I can
9. good eye sight / hearing. 6 ft tall, lean body
10. I rush into things (impatient) without thinking through and later regret. Very helpful personality, love my kids and wife and their needs always come first before my needs.
11. Don't have a stressful job. Get inspired when I do nature oriented activities. Love Yoga and cardiac exercises.
12. Highly creative, try to be physically active to a large extent, shy mingling with people.
13. Had grief for a period of time (15 years back) when I lost my job / couldn't get into the university that I wanted but it is all good now. No issues.
14. God fearing but not religious.
15. Never been hospitalized except for 2 surgeries when I was 20 years old: A cosmetic Jaw surgery for cross-bit and Tonsilitis surgery. otherwise, healthy and normal.

I hope this helps, please ask me for any specific info that I have left out.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nux Vom 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. repeat every four days for 15 days.

Nat Mur 6x, 5tabs three times a day from day 2.

Feedback after 7 days

Thank you for giving your time and expertise for me suggesting this. I am going to place an online order for both these on abchomeopathy site Can I order Nux vom 200 in pellets to save some money since the liquid form is almost double the price compared to pellets. If yes, how would the dosage change?

And a couple of additional information that I totally missed in my earlier post that I think you should know:

1. I do have High Blood pressure but it is controlled at 125/85 range since I take medication regularly prescribed by my doctor (diuretic).
2. My cheeks started getting chubby and big since my jaw surgery. I have tried drinking lot of water, exercising, diet etc., but nothing had helped reduce the chubbiness in my cheeks. they look inflamed / swollen for the last 10 years now.

Sorry, when I reviewed some of the other posts I learned that the Homeo practitioner needs to know all symptoms in total and thought I should share this as well. thank you. I will look forward to your response before I ordered the medicines online.

I am trying to place on online order now. can you confirm if the potency for Nux Vom should be 200c or 200x? Also, i am assuming the dosage for 1 drop is equivalent to 1 pellet?

Got it. Placed the order today. Will update 7 days after I receive the meds.

I started taking the Nux Vom 200c today as prescribed. I am assuming I need to skip taking Nux Vom for the next 4 days and take the dosage again on the 5th day. Do this for 2 weeks. All this while, I will be taking Nat Mur as prescribed.

Is this correct?

Hi, Giving you feedback after 7 days.

Bald patches are slightly improving - i see about 10% improvement with hair starting to grow but not much.

No improvement on the loud noise coming from my stomach -- its still the same.

My chubby cheeks have slightly reduced. My double chin is still there....not much improvement in the last one week.

However, i have the following reactions to the meds:

1. Disturbed sleeping pattern for the last 4 days: I don't feel relaxed and rested after sleeping. feel agitated / uncomfy for some reason and don't get to sleep easily since i feel a little agitated. I feel my heart palpitating faster than usual with this uncomfortable feeling.
2. 3rd night after i started taking the meds, my hair / body was itchy through out. This didn't last very long but went away on its own. However, my body has been itchy now and then for the last 2 days.
3. I can't eat to my full stomach, i feel hungry before eating but half way through eating, I don't feel like continuing like before.

Normal bowel movements, normal temperature during the past week i was taking the meds. If you have any specific questions, I can try to answer.

Please advice on the next steps. Thank you.

Hi,

No further improvements at all in any of the below symptoms:

1. Bald patches under the chin remain as is with just about 10% improvement overall. i see very small hair re-growth under chin on some spots.

2. loud grumbling noise from my stomach still exists - no improvement

3. swelling of jaw / chubby cheeks - has reduced somewhat but not considerably

Please advise of next steps. thank you for your time and guidance.

phosphorous 200,one dose every day for three days and give a feed back

anuj srivastava 7 years ago
hope the itching has subsided.

anuj srivastava 7 years ago
Yes no more itching symptoms.

Sorry, I had been busy with work and didn't attend to this yet. Can you confirm if its phosphorous 200c or 200x? To cut costs, I am wondering if I should perhaps consider adding anything additional to this order so I can try if phosphorous doesn't give any results?

alopecia 7 years ago
nat sulph6x and nat phos 6x can be added.

anuj srivastava 7 years ago
thanks, can you confirm if it is phos 200c or 200x please?

200c

Placed the order today. Another question: I have ordered Phosphorus 200c in pellets. How many pellets amount to one dose/day? Any preferable time of the day?

Note: I do drink 1 cup of black tea every day. I am hoping you won't ask me to stop drinking tea while i am on this medication.

5 pellets ones a day.

any time but repeat every day at the same time.

have tea not an issue.

anuj srivastava 7 years ago
This is my 3rd day after taking phos 200c.

feedback below:

1. Bald patches under the chin remain as is with no further improvement. My earlier does on Natmur got it to 10% improvement. Phos 200c didn't do anything.

2. loud grumbling noise from my stomach still exists - no improvement

3. swelling of jaw / chubby cheeks - no improvement.

alopecia 7 years ago
you can cont taking NM 6X in addition.

take tree more doses of phosphorous, and give a feed back after a week.

anuj srivastava 7 years ago
Earlier I took NatMur 6x 3 times a day 3 doses. Should I follow the same as before? I also had itchy skin and felt a little agitated when I took this dose before.

alopecia 7 years ago
have it ones a day.

Feedback after 3 days of talking Phosphorus 200c with NM 6x once a day in the morning:

1. Overall 40% hair growth noticed on the bald spots. Interesting observation is I only see grey hair filling in on the bald spots but very little black hair compared to the surrounding areas.
2. Stomach grumbling still persists. I didn't notice any difference here.
3. Swelling of jaw / Cheeks - no change.

I also notice a headache in the afternoons/evenings these days with stuffed nose. But this could be due to seasonal allergies (Its Fall season where I live) and took allopathic allergy medication to get temporary relief last night.

Additional info: I have black spots on my face on places where I once had boils/pimples. When they dry up, they turn into black / grey spots and it takes about a month for them to go away gradually on their own.
