Now I am fine.Its all because of you.Thanking You Sir.No worms problem. Intensity of gas in night and mouth and throat's dryness has lessened.No palpitation of throat.Hawking has also lessened.No stomach burning.tonsil is there but it was not hard what it was used to be.something in throat is still pestering me. Ferrum Phos and baryta carb and all other medicine s worked wonder.I am still taking Ferrum Phos 6x.

But sir I have developed a new symptom.whenever I go to bed for sleep,my limbs chill and heart palpitation remains very high.if I listen sound while sleeping my feel choke.I feel choking and dryness of throat when gas is very heavy.stomach bloat and my heart is full of gas which cause choking.gas coming out of mouth gives some relaxation. But no gas from rectum.every night around 7:00 p.m gas starts bloating which continue unless I take some medicine.sometime I have taken Kali phos and FP both at night which help me in sleeping.but overall I m suffering from hyperacidity. My bp is117/79 but my pulse is 110.no t3,t4,tsh is normal.the medicine nat phos6x did not help.after taking this medicine I felt weakness so I stopped taking this medicine.

And moreover my stomach burns and stool is also burning yet the burning is nominal
