Dr. Nawaz need help after C Section

i have taken staph 200 before one and a half month ago 1 dose and after a week again 1 dose total 2 dose six pills.

I brought staph 200 from medical store he taken some white pills and added staph 200.

sorry my english is not good i can explain in hindi.

maine medical store se medicine purchase kiya tha, us ne ek choti si plastic ki dabbi me kuch white pills dale aur us me staph 200 k drops dale ek badi bottle me se aur phr wife ne us me se 6 pills 2 time use kiye.

sir me aap ko ye batana bhul gaya k wife ko gases bhi ho rahi he aur sometimes rectum per itching bhi ho rahi he aur aisa mehsus ho raha he k rectum per kuch barik sa extra part nikal aya he.....

yes i visited the hospital for check up and doctor checked wound area and did not say any infection in the wound area...she prescribed vitamin and calcium medicine for 3 month.

1. back pain bohot horaha he morning me uthne k baad se jaise jaise house work karte he waise lower back pain increase hota jata he upper neck tak pain chala jata he nind se uthene k baad bhi tightness feel hota he back me is pregnancy k pahele 2 bar miss abortion ho chuka he tab se thoda pain hota tha lekin wo sone k baad chala jata tha lekin ab nahi jata aur right side of lower back me pins chubh rahi he aisa feel horahe he.

2. weakness bhi feel horahi he jab niche se kuch lekar khade ho to ankho me andheri arahi he.

3.abhi wound me pins chubh rahe he aise feel hota he but continue nahi belly dabane per pain horaha he..

can she start any exercise for back pain.

she is currently taking calcarea fluor 6x for loose belly.

can i take all medicine with together and prescribed medicine is liquid or tablet?

sir one week completed but not feeling relief in back pain and abdominal pain and needles.feeling too much back pain up to middle back and during sleep its very difficult to turn because of tightness in back even after sleep not feeling relief in back pain.

before back pain was going up to neck but now is going up to middle of back.

she is also feeling mild rectum itching when going to toilet and feeling weak.

Hello Sir,

1 week completed after taking Bellis Perinnis 200c.

BACK PAIN SYMPTOMS:

back pain 50% decrease but not 100% some times pain going up to neck when sitting for long time, doing work like cloth washing, cloth press when doing these house works back pain also increasing and going up to neck if she does not do these works then pain not going up to neck only feeling in lower back and after waking up in the morning feeling tightness in back, now she can turn during sleep before it was very difficult.

ABDOMINAL PAIN:

abdominal pain was also decrease but before 2 days ago when she washed cloths after that pain increased now she is feeling too much pain, pins and feeling something pulling in abdominal exact up side of wound these pain and pins not feeling in wounds but up side of wound left to right.
