Since stopping Nux Vomica, I can see a difference. She is regressing back. While she was given Nux Vomica, she would eat 90% of the food without issues in 20-25 minutes. But now she has been cutting back with every meal. Yesterday, she started having problems after 75%, so had to give her a break , after which she does eat the rest. And today morning 40%.

I gave the dose after 48 hours last night as suggested. But today morning she is having a lot of problem eating breakfast. She is gagging and resisting eating.

Also she has little cold and I have observed that when she has cold her problems increases and is more problematic.

Can I give her Nux Vomica 200Ck daily? Will there be any problems if given daily? Is there any other medicines that needs to be given? Maybe Robinia?

oh okay. I have always only tried carbo veg 30. I will see if I have carbo veg 200 .

I don't have CV 200 with me as of now. But I have Lycopodium 200 and 30.

A side note she also developed a cold, very clear running discharge, sneezes frequently and also she has a mouth ulcer. I don't think its related but just because of weather change. I have given her KM 200 and FP 200 for her cold and BB for her ulcer

I read my yesterday post and wanted clarify and also provide further update.

So two nights I had not given her Nux Vomica 3rd and 4th night. And like I said she started having eating issues again. But when I gave her Nux Vomica 200 ck nightly dose again on 5th and 6th, she started getting better again. And today morning ie 7th morning she ate all her food in 30 minutes.

What I am trying to say is if we give her Nux Vomica 200 CK nightly dose she definetly seems to improve and eats her food faster.

My mother takes care of her during the day and feeds her two meals a day. She also has the same observations.

Hello again-

My daughter is out of her cold/flu. I have been giving her nightly dose of the Nux Vomica 200ck 3 pills. And she has been eating all right (90%). But if I stop Nux Vomica 200ck 3 pills then her symptoms comes back.

I did give her CV 200ck. I gave her two doses few days apart. But it does not seem to help.

Any other suggestions?

I gave her CV on 11th and then 15th April.

Last dose of Nux Vomica was last night. Is there any problem of giving Nux Vomica for longer duration in this manner?

Correct, carbo veg did not make any change.

Nux Vomica is a life saver so far.

But the problem is not completely gone. maybe increase the dose or potency of Nux Vomica? or try some other remedy along with it?

I was able to obtain Nux Vomica 1m. I gave her one dose 3 pills last night (16th). I will monitor for next 5 days and report back

Apologies for the delay in responding back. We were out on vacation etc. There have been a lot of changes in the past. I wanted to report back.

After Nux vomica 1m , there seemed a slight aggravation. so after that i continued with Nux vomica 200, till today. food wise she is doing a lot better. she does eat up quickly in one sitting. she has not thrown up. even there is a little spit up, she does not throw up the whole food, which was the case earlier. her intake still is limited (about 8 ounces rice/daal). but she is small kid.

One of the other changes was that we did stop ghee (clarified butter) to see if it would help with skin condition. after that the skin conditions went away .

Overall my daughter is doing much better from few months earlier. And I wanted to thank you very much for all your efforts and prompt responses. You have given my little girl much needed relief.

I will leave this post as is and start a new one if I need further assistance.
