Hello Dr Reva a little update :

Felt amazing the whole last week, fatigue and body aches were gone, mood was better, appetite was great.

But since yssterday night, I have liquid diarrhea and terrible gas that sounds like water in the colon. I think i've caught viral gastro enteritis which causes diarrhea. There's an epidemy right now in France, a lot of people are having it.

I went to the toilet twice, yesterday night and woke up again the night right now to expulse liquid explosive diarrhea. I just took two tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar in a little water for diarrhea and now waiting to see how it goes.
I also took 4 teaspoons of Ispaghol yesterday night in water to flush out the virus. Is it better to take it with water or yoghurt in case of diarrhea?

Should I keep taking Kali Mur 30c regarding the gastro enteritis?

Thanks in advance.

5 explosive liquid stools since yesterday.
They are painless but there's pain in between stools and a lot of grumbling in the stomach.
No other symtpom. No fever, no chills.
Very hungry despite diarrhea.
Had lemon water with honey.
What should I do?

Phosphorus 30 or Natrum Mur 30 one dose can ease you.

If you are comfortable you can try match stick remedy for diarrhea during travel (google please). They are very effective. When everything failed this has helped very promptly

I can have Natrum Mur 30 tomorrow morning. Phosphorus 30 tomorrow afternoon.

Which one is best? Just one dose right?

Do I continue Kali Mur even though I try one of them?

Do i continue the mother tinctures while I have diarrhea, or do I give them a break?

I have made the matchstick remedy, I just took a spoon of it. Let's see how it goes. How many doses of it can I take ?

The matchstick remedy helped mildly. The pain in between stools and gurgling is gone, I didnt wake up to go to the toilet at night, but diarrhea is still here, had two before sleeping, and 3 since today morning. There's still improvement from yesterday.

I had 4 teaspoons yesterday (one every hour) and three today (one after each bowel).

These are the other remedies I have in my house for diarrhea:

Podophyllum 30c
China 30c
Arsenic 30c
Aloe 30c
Pulsatilla 30c
Ignatia 30c
Natrum Mur 30c
Veratrum Album 30c

And a composition by Boiron :

Aloe compose (made with Aloe 3c, Colocynthis 3c, Podophyllum 3c, Bryonia 3c, Belladona 3c, Arsenic 3c, Dioscorea 3c, Mag Phos 3c)

Is any of the above medicine needed?

The diarrhea stopped yesterday evening.

I kept taking the matchstick remedyy after each loose bowel. I think it greatly helped.

Also had yoghurt and isabgol.

I continued with Kali Mur. Should I continue it till next Monday which is the day I will do my blood test?

Shall I continue the mother tinctures too?

Yes thanks to him.

I will continue Kali Mur.

For my general knowdledge, the matchstick remedy is to be taken how many times a day in case one has diarrhea? Or should you take it after each loose bowel until stools become normal?

Now that my stools are normal again, I don't need it, do I?
