Abscess Tooth

I have an abscess tooth that developed about 3 weeks ago. I did a round of antibiotics and I am going to have a root canal done in January. Is there a remedy that can help with this?

Hi,
First, you need to take Arsenicum Album 200C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, 1 time a day, for 3 days.

Many prayers for you.
