if coldness/chilliness is new symptom-combine concomitant epigastrium pain/tension-then look into pulsatilla ;nux vomica ; lycopdium...

Yeah thought solar plexus was epigastrium, but that's not in repertory....

When repertorizing complaints, especially abdominal complaints lyc always comes out on top, but i can't confirm it with mindsymptom...

About coldness...she has been very cold before..so this could also be old complaint...difficult to say..

But in general feels better with sepia, today she went out again! (mother's birthday, but she would have cancelled if she really felt too tired...so if we go on that...she must be feeling better, seeing she went out last week also)

Can't expect this extreme fatigue to blow over in a few days so obviously something is happening...just a question of how far the sepia will get her...

If the tension persist i'll do something about it maybe back to nux or try puls....but the general picture is still reacting positively to sepia....

if coldness old--and good energy--sepia still ok...

lyc and puls are cosest to mind association to sepia

sensatins and the like. nux-v and sulph

but nagging pain seems nux-v--if gets out of hand...

anyway--seems sepia give ok response ..

Yeah i tend to nux if pain persist, but this also pleads for doing nothing. Because nux picture was the picture before this sepia came up, so it's logical if old nux-like complaints come back. I'll see what happens if the pain is getting the upperhand i'll try one nux dose and see what happens...but for now i'll do nothing i think.
She feels alright, although boyfriend thing is still playing, but she's not worried/thinking about it much, not because she's indifferent but because she's relaxed. That's why i don't want to do anything. The general is still positive mood+ energy. It depends what is going to happen with the pain in abdomen...

How is lyc close to mind association to sepia? The puls i get with this person, i read desktopguide and saw what you meant with need for commection with sexual partner (literally in book)also it's compl. to sepia and in other things i can see some puls. But the lyc i don't get...

she experience this pain before prescribing nux lasttime? when exactly she ahve these spains before as such?years ago also?

John Stanton last decade
Before getting sick(8 years ago) she had that tensed feeling. She had a lot of stress then: new boyfriend, quit job, planning to go abroad for a year, exams, just moved..

But she didn't have it before taking the nux.

Still can't find location of 'epigastrium' in repertory....what is a girl to do???? ;-)

kayhello last decade
why?

John Stanton last decade
Because i was looking for it before with the tension in solar plexus symptom but didn't know where solar plexus was in the repertory...

Still don't know, because there is no rubric 'epigastrium'... so i would have to look in the rubric 'stomach'?

The symptom has gone..if that's what you wanted to know. But still i would like to know where i should have looked it up in the first place...
