Is there a cure for depersonalization (thats not caused by marijuana)

I need help with depersonalization. I have had small amounts of anxiety ever since I was a kid. It was never bad though. It wasnt until I swam competitively for a few years that it started to get bad. I started having depersonalization once in a while like once a month. Then it kept coming more often until one day I woke up and felt super weird and like I was watching myself through a camera like those movies that are in first person. I was 11 years old. It was during a swim competition and I had my first panic attack that day. after that I was diagnosed with Generalized anxiety disorder as well as panic disorder and depersonalization disorder. I was given Zoloft. I was able to get rid of all my anxiety within four months of combining meditation and hypnosis and Zoloft. I was able to get off of the Zoloft within that year and I was perfectly fine for the next few years. In 2021, I got the Covid Vaccine. Which now I realize was a huge mistake considering the ingredients in the shot are horrible for your body like graphine oxide which causes blood clots. I was fine after but I was having difficulty with performance anxiety and right before my race, I would have huge depersonalization and my face and body would start tingling. But outside of competition, I was still completely fine. However, In late 2021 I started taking accutane which is a drug for acne. I took the smallest dose available which is very well tolerated and I only took 1 pill every other day. After a few pills, I started having panic attacks, depersonalization, and huge amounts of anxiety. I havent had panic attacks for years until then. It came back but much worse. I started having tremors (which I never had the first time I had anxiety) and huge depersonalization and panic attacks to the point that I couldnt leave the house. I was so confused because I was taking such a small amount of Accutane so I didnt know how it was possible to make my anxiety to come back. I went back on medication and started taking Lexapro. It got a little better at first but then my anxiety started to get worse. I have tried meditation which worked for me before, it didnt work. Ive tried exercises for the vagus nerve to help, it didnt work either. Nothing has been able to work even though I have tried practically everything except for homeopathy and psilocybin. Fast forward to today, Im 18 and I dont really have panic attacks but I still have depersonalization every day and its a scary experience. I have tried so much, Im not sure what else I can do. Can someone please recommend me homeopathics for depersonalization? I know for many people it started with Marijuana use but mine started out of nowhere due to anxiety. Please reply if you see this.

Physical Characteristics:
How would you describe your build and physique (e.g., thin, average, stocky)? - Average but I have more defined muscles than many women.
Do you tend to be warm or chilly in terms of body temperature?- It varies but I can handle heat much better than I can handle cold. I feel cold much easier than many people around me.
Are there any physical peculiarities or characteristics that youve noticed about yourself?- not really. I have acne on my face and shoulders and I sweat on my hands a lot especially during depersonalization episodes. but that could be from me taking Lexapro.

Emotional and Mental Traits:
Describe your general mood and temperament (e.g., calm, anxious, irritable, cheerful).- I tend to be happy but I have daily episodes of depersonalization and during those episodes it’s basically an anxiety attack including tingling face and sweating hands.
How do you typically react to stress or difficult situations?- I try my best to stay calm and take deep breaths but I always have to wait for it to pass before I feel better. No relaxation techniques work on me anymore.
Are there any fears or phobias that you have? - I am uncomfortable looking over balconies of places really high even though its super minimal. But I have super bad performance fears and anxiety. Whenever I have a swimming race, my depersonalization gets super bad, my face goes numb or starts tingling, and it won’t go away until the race is over.

Do you have any specific emotional patterns or triggers that youve observed in yourself?- the biggest triggers for anxiety are in public places. I always feel safe at home and my depersonalization episodes are always at school or at swim practices and competitions.

Sleep Patterns:
How is the quality of your sleep? Do you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep?- my sleep is fine. I usually sleep 8 hours and sleep well without waking up at night.
Are there any recurring dreams or themes in your dreams that you remember?- no
Do you feel refreshed after sleep, or do you wake up tired?- Usually I feel slightly tired because I have to get up early for school.

Appetite and Cravings:
Describe your appetite. Are you typically hungry or not very hungry?- I usually get hungry after around 2-3 hours after eating but I don’t eat a big breakfast before school.
Do you have any specific food cravings or aversions?- no

Energy Levels:
How would you describe your overall energy levels (e.g., high energy, easily fatigued)? I am very easily fatigued. Every day at school during the end of school, I am super tired and feel like I can fall asleep.
Do you have specific times of the day when your energy is better or worse? My energy is typically the highest in the morning and its the lowest in the early afternoon during school.

Weather Preferences:
Are there any weather conditions or changes in weather that you are particularly sensitive to? - No
Do you feel better or worse in certain weather conditions?- I usually feel the same.

Ailments or Health Issues:
Are there any chronic health issues or ailments youve experienced over the years?- Besides anxiety, None.
Have you noticed any recurring patterns in your health issues or symptoms? - I get headaches sometimes. Especially when Im swimming or exercising for a while.

Behavior and Habits:
Describe any specific habits or behaviors that you feel define you. - I am sometimes fidgety and play with my hands and my hands shake involuntarily sometimes.
Do you have any preferences or aversions related to activities or hobbies?- I usually like to stay at home where I’m the safest and I experience the least amount of anxiety.

Fyi, Zoloft and Lexapro dont actually provide a cure; they simply alleviate the symptoms and may temporarily mask the underlying condition. Which can sometimes complicate the process of finding a cure.

Arrange Silicea 30c and Puls 6c.

Begin with a single dose of Silicea 30 before bedtime, without repeating it. keep me informed of any developments.

Dosing: see my profile

Thank you. I will get some. Do you think I should get Nux Vomica as well? Ive heard that one works for depersonalization too.

Uersurtoi 6 months ago
Hi, are you still on Accutane? If so, it needs to be stopped. Homeopathy will address all your issues, including skin.

simone717 6 months ago
no I stopped accutane the minute it gave me panic attacks.

Uersurtoi 6 months ago
hello. I have taken the silicea and the Pulsatilla for 2 days now and no difference. My depersonalization is the same. Maybe I need to take a higher dose?

Uersurtoi 6 months ago
If you take a moment to review my instructions, which I believe you havent done, I explicitly advised taking a single dose of Silicea 30 without any repetitions, not both. Additionally, I requested that you keep me informed of any developments.

Ziomih 6 months ago
well theres no new developments.
