Dr. Anuj Sir,
Kindly excuse me for disturbing you before completion of the suggested 4 days of medicines. As there was ANOTHER SYMPTOM CREPT IN, I am telling you sir for kind review.
As directed by you, I am taking Merc. Sol-200 twice daily from 22.01.2024 along with cell salts(Silicea-6x and Kali Phos-6x). However, I MISSED THE CELL SALTS DOSE FROM 23.01.2024 EVENING DUE TO MY BEING ON A SUDDEN CAMP TO VILLAGE and the CELL SALTS MEDICINES ARE EXHAUSTED and there are no homeo stores available there. I returned home this evening only(i.e. 24.01.2024). I have experienced a considerable deviation with/without the medicines and the details are submitted below in both the cases i.e. with cell salts and without cell salts, for kind review.
(1) Merc. Sol-200 along with Cell Salts(on 22.01.2024 F/N to 23.01.2024 F/N) : In addition to sweating on scalp and trunk(though there is little reduction), THERE AROSE SWEATING ON ARMS AND HANDS also which is not present earlier before this time medicines use. Moreover, I experienced higher degree of sweat-embarrassment than earlier (earlier-previous to this-time-medicines though there is excess sweating, wetness is only felt and there is no sweat-embarrassment or hotness felt then).
(2) Merc. Sol-200 only ( on 23.01.2024 evening to 24.01.2024 evening) :
( without cell salts due to non-avialability. submitted above sir)
Abnormal Sweating on Scalp reduced a little; and there is less sweat on trunk and there is almost no sweat on arms and hands. And the sweat-embarrassment is also not there though wetness is felt.
Kindly consider the changes and guide me on further doses.

In continuation of my report dtd.24.01.2024, I submit that on 24.01.2024 evening also I have taken Merc.Sol-200 dose only and the same symptoms prevailed(as submitted without cell salts).
I stopped taking Merc. Sol-200 also from 25.01.2024(as it was prescribed to be taken for 4 days only).
This day late evening, i.e. around two and half hours ago, I had to attend little cooking work and during the very little physical movement work (without fan air) itself, my whole scalp is completely drenched in sweat (but with very very little embarrassment compared with the sweating when consumed Cell Salts).
I humbly submit that it is my true experience that MERC. SOL DEFINITELY HAS SWEAT-REDUCTION EFFECT MOSTLY ON MY TRUNK and LITTLE/SLOW EFFECT ON SCALP/FACE. As I am writing this report, whole my scalp is already slightly wet with sweat(but, little sweat on back/trunk portion).
Kindly see my case sir, and suggest me further medication.

Dr. Anuj Sir,
The following are the things I observed about my sweat.
(1) No odour. No stickiness. Almost water like and it just trickles down my body.
(2) Staining : There is no stain on body as it is almost watery-like and tricles down. As for the staining on the clothes, it is seen sometimes that white line/white patches are there on shirt and pant.
(3) Other details :
(a) Sweating used to be very profuse on Head and Trunk with a sultry feeling on skin accompanies the sweating. But after consultation with you and having the medicines(particularly after Merc. Sol), it decreased a lot on trunk portion and remained mostly on head(scalp and face).
(b) Sweating triggering :
(i) when staying where there is no fan-air-circulation(even for a little time). It starts with a sultry feeling on skin.
(ii) On exposure to heat
even being near a stove for a few minutes or standing in the Sun.
(iii) On little exertion : Even a little walk or little physical activity of carrying little weights for little distance.
(iv) On eating Spicy/Mirchi food. It instantly sweats on scalp and forehead and slowly spreads to cheeks and chin.
(v) Even if a cosmetic cream is applied on face, the portion sweats immediately and the cream becomes jelly like.

As directed, I have taken Merc.Sol-200 twice a day for 4 days 26.01.2024 evening to 30.01.2024 morning and the following is my condition.
(1) Sweating pattern on Trunk portion : There is almost little sweating on trunk portion and on hands as well.
(2) Scalp/Face Swating :
(a) experienced Reduced sweating on scalp and face even on physical exertion.(sweating reduced by around 25%)
(b) when there is no exertion, scalp-sweating reduced to half from the earlier degree. This is comparatively good relief to me.
(c) But, the unusual scalp-sweating is occurring instantly on eating Mirchi/spicy food and it is to a lesser degree on eating hot(warm) foods/beverages.
Overall, I experienced good relief with taking Merc. Sol-200 only.

As directed, I have taken Merc.Sol-200 twice a day for 7 days 31.01.2024 to 06.02.2024 and I continued to experience the same relief during this period also. There is little reduction even in the instance of ‘mirchi/spicy or hot food also’.
But, due to increase in temperatures little by little over the last 10 days, I have been experiencing some sultry feeling accompanied with sweating on scalp/face from around 09.00/1000 hrs. onwards until late evening and can’t stay without fan air circulation even though there is no exertion.
By the time I am submitting my report, with remedies stopped status(stopped by 06.02.2024evening), I am experiencing more sultry and sweating on my scalp and face and more sweat on by trunk portion than when taking remedies. As of now i.e. 1530 hrs. ( I got away from fan air for around 10 minutes and my whole scalp got sweat /sultry feeling and my trunk portion also got little sweat.
Though I am due to submit my report by today morning(i.e. sharp after completion of a week), I waited for another half-day to observe my problem in the absence of remedy.
I EXPERIENCED RELIEF AS LONG AS I AM TAKING MERC. SOL-200(though relief getting little less with increase in temperature); and with no remedy this day morning and with the temperature increased than with the previous week/fornight, particularly my scalp/face getting abnormal sweat again.

Inspite of not taking any spicy/mirchi food even once and taking cooled rice and curries, THERE IS NO RELIEF AT ALL.
(1) EVEN ON LITTLE EXERTION FOR VERY LITTLE TIME, MY WHOLE SCALP IS GETTING WET WITH SWEAT AND LITTLE DROPS ARE ROLLING DOWN ONTO FACE. MY FACE IS ALSO GETTING LOT OF SWEAT(ALMOST HALF THE SWEAT THAN SCALP).
(2) EVEN WHILE SITTING DOING NO WORK, WHOLE SCALP IS GETTING WET(LESS THAN ON EXERTION) if there is no air. I HAVE TO SIT UNDER THE FAN AIR ALL THE TIME TO AVOID SWEATING ON SCALP/FACE.

As directed, I have taken the doses as directed submitted below for immediate reference along with my sweating condition.
12.02.2024 Night - Nux. Vomica-200 with water, in three parts with 15 min. apart.
13.02.2024 to 15.02.2024 - Sulphur-200 5 drops with water, on empty stomach on each morning.
Sweating problem condition :
(1) It showed some reduction in Scalp/Face only when there is absolutely no physical work or no exposure to heat.
(2) When on little physical exertion or on exposure to heat(being near the stove-heat/in the Sunshine) even for little time, it is almost the same abnormal condition on scalp. Whole scalp is getting wet in minutes and it spreading to face in no time. IT IS SPREADING TO TRUNK ALSO ON PHYSICAL EXERTION. Even simply sweeping one room is making me sweat(more in scalp and a bit less on trunk) even in this 30 Degrees Temperature. I dont know what happens to me in the coming summer wherein it goes even to >40 degrees regularly at this place(in fact in several places in our region).
Here, i wish to submit again that i had to attend domestic chores(cooking and cleaning work) also besides outdoor works due to my family conditions. I therefore can not avoid either being near the stove-heat(while cooking) or physical work involved in other household works.

As directed, I have taken the doses for one week as directed submitted below for immediate reference along with my sweating condition.
17.02.2024 to 23.02.2024 : Sulphur-200 5 drops with water, on empty stomach on each morning.
Sweating problem condition :
1) The relief deteriorated day by day and it is sweating more in Scalp/Face even when sitting idle if I am not under fan air. I am feeling hot/sultry on my body surface instantly if i am not under the fan air.
2) In case of even little exertion or exposure to heat, it is sweating a lot in scalp(even on the bald patch also)/forehead,temples in less than 3 minutes and if I don’t come under fan air immediately, my scalp is drenched in sweat and sweating is spreading to face and trunk portion also.
ONLY IN THE INTEREST OF GETTING RELIEF(IF NOT CURE) FROM MY UNBEARABLE SWEATING CONDITION, I AM SUBMITTING MY EXPERIENCE HEREUNDER FOR EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT OF REMEDY-RELIEF. KINDLY EXCUSE ME IF I AM WRONG.
I observed that the initial relief in my condition might be due to Nux Vomica as in the very first medication and the relief died away with lapse of time day by day as earlier.
I think I got some relief with Nux Vomica-200(instant relief on both scalp and trunk sweating) and Merc. Sol-200 (long relief from trunk sweating) and some short time relief on scalp/face sweating problem).

25.02.2024 to 27.02.2024 - Nux. Vomica-200 with water, in three parts with 15 min. apart, on each night.
28.02.2024 to 02.02.2024 - R-32 hyperhydrosis reduction. 10 drops with water twice on each day.
Sweating problem condition :
(1) It showed little some reduction in Scalp/Face only when there is no physical work or no exposure to heat (either near the stove-heat or standing in the Sun even for little time.
(2) When on little physical exertion(even like sweeping one room) or on exposure to heat(being near the stove-heat/in the Sunshine) even for little time, it is perspiring on scalp.
(3) IF I WALK A FEW METRES OR even MOVE A LITTLE FASTER WITHIN THE HOUSE, SCALP IS GETTING WET WITH SWEAT IN MINUTES AND IT IS SPREADING TO TRUNK ALSO.
(PREVIOUSLY, WHEN MERC. SOL-200 WAS TAKEN, THERE IS COMPARATIVELY LITTLE SWEAT ON TRUNK EVEN ON PHYSICAL EXERTION OR EXPOSURE TO HEAT)

As directed, I have taken the doses as directed(FOR ONE WEEK) submitted below for immediate reference along with my sweating condition.
