blocked nose on right side for many years, crookrd nose but did not have nose blocked issue till the age of 23
I am 53 years 53-year-old male, smoker, thin. I have nose blocked on the right-side issue for the last 30 years or so. I had recovered for 7 or 8 years once a homeopath in Muscat gave me some remedy, but the symptoms came back after a couple of years.I had my appendicitis removed many years ago. I used to have itching skin after taking a shower, or after perspiring.
2 months ago, I started to have too much itching and rashes (red)on my arms, and back of my neck.
I have taken Apis in 30c and 1 m as prescribed by the homeopath. The symptoms are getting better but very slowly. One day, I feel better and the next day, I cannot sleep at night. Symptoms get better in the cold but worse if it is slightly hot. The itching aggravates mainly after taking a shower or in the evening.
Secondly, I do not like to take a bath in cold water even if it is very hot, feel like cannot breathe. My face does not like any direct air/wind because of the blockage of my nose.
I am scared to take Sulphur though it had helped me in the past for itching but it aggravates.
Any advice is appreciated.

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.
DAY 4 ONWARDS
SEPIA 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION SILICEA 6X AND CALC PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.
NOTE-If symptoms are because of a grossly deviated nasal septum like obstruction or difficult breathing or sinusitis, then surgery is necessary, as no amount of medicine is going to shift the septum back to normal position. All other nasal conditions are wonderfully treated with homoeopathic drugs.

I will order remedies as advised from India as it is very hard to find in New Zealand
I just remember my obsessive-compulsive disorder as well. Not sure, if it will affect your advice.
Secondly, I had fully recovered from a nasal issue for 7 to 8 years while I was in Oman after a homeopathy remedy. It came back a couple of years ago long after I moved to New Zealand. I feel stickiness inside my nose if I press my both nasals together.
I am also scared of anything that crawls, especially snakes.
