Skin Problem

I am having problem with my skin, its getting blackish day by day, mostly my hand and lower part of my legs.Please suggest a remedy.
I am an indian female (24 yrs) currently in US.

You are advise to take Plumbum Met 200c daily one dose followed by Hydrocotyle A Q 10 drops thrice in a day with 2 spoon water.
continue for 3 month and report me
