Impotence

Why do so many men from the Indo Pak Subcontinent have sexual issues. Is there a genatic issue, is it geographical or is it a dietary issue. Or is it they are not shy to ask for help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
they are not shy to ask. americans have that problem too. big time.
i could even imagine, that in indo/pak etc cukture potence and babies have a higher value than in america. whereas here people have no time for family, as they are absorbed by their career , i think the value of family is rated much higher over there. i still have in mind the picture our geography teacher painted of "the other side of the planet". with big family, with 2 or 3 generations living in the same family, where children are thought to be part of the 'retirement plan', as they will feed the elderly later on.
i don;t know, if this picture is still up to date, but looking at the pakistany families here in canada, and considering how many childern the most have, i think, this is still true.
so this means, impotence is a much more serious thing over there than here. this is, what makes them ask for help?

Dear friends

You feel more people from indopak area are asking questions on impotence. You may be right.I am new here.

But if that is true, the reason mostly is the anonimity these forums provide.

It is still a taboo in our cultures to discuss issues relating to sex openly.

The people are changing slowly, and it takes time.

It need not be viewed as such a bad thing.

For instance..

Saving money on condoms.
Never having to explain that embarrassing unexpected child to the lady next door.
Cast iron alibi in accusations of sexual harrasment at work.

Look on the bright side.
