rapid pulse

I had a severe migrane about aweek ago, with severe head pain, nausia, (aura) loss of appetite,,,the next day I felt a bit better but still had the headache..no appetite, confusion....the next day I had severe pressure in face, hehind eyes., ear pain. I thought maybe it was a sinus issue so I took Advil COld and Sinus and symptoms were somewhat aliviated...that night my herart began racing, was jittery, felt pins and needles..the next day I took another one and it was even worse. Today and yesterday I didn't take any but my heart is still racing, and I still have the bad headache, I still have a lot of pressure behind eyes....could this still be the migrane? after one week? what about the rapid heart rate? related to Advil?
