dear pankaj varma,
took prescribed medicines.energy level good,flatulence diminished and abdomen feels light.stiffness in the neck and shoulder reduced.awake very early in the morning with pain somewhere along the right hip nerve and around late morning intoxicated feeling which goes off with rise of the day always feel better towards the evening and night.the gums swelling has subsided with a very mild pain while chewing in the previously swollen gums.with your advice after a long long time i have started feeling better and i hope i will be cured.thank you and god bless you.

dear pankaj varma,
thank you for helping me.i am taking prescribed medicine and its helpin me a lot.however two days back i had to bear a strong emotional upset and after the night sleep i developed mild vertigo sort oc cramping pain in my calves and weakness in my arms.an intense intoxicated feeling develops in the morning which passes as the day wears off.i pray for direction and i like to ask you if there would some change in the prescription or should i follow the same?all physical functions are okay.rather improving.its the mind which is giving me persistent repition of what i went through a few days back.please help me.

If you can explain what kind of emotional upset, will be able to help you in a better manner.
Meanwhile, just rememeber...human life is designed by the Creator to receive some set backs. So take it in your stride.

dear pankaj varma,
i hope you will read this with your proffessional judgement intact.i have been involved with a same sex person since the last 25 yrs.a relation based on absolute trust and commitment to the point where minor differences have no meaning.but the guy lives abroad and visits me often whereas i too go sometimes.he has given me unconditional emotional support.four yrs back i had to undergo some major financial crisis and in my hard times he supported me with finace too.other than him i dont have any support in terms of emotions.we both have not married.being in a vry high profile position i cant tell him to come back to stay with me.i have two adapted sons with the elder one turning out to be a rebel kind and sometimes creates problems for me.my family doesnt like my sons whereas i am very attached to them.they too love me.i am a single parent.i had numerous little flings in my life.lack of the partners physical presence gives rise to carnal desires too.recently i was attraced to a man half my age and he was willing to go into physicals.i got emotionally attached to this guy and he said it was only sex.in my teens i was considered a very stylish and good looking guy.i have maintained myself alot notwithstanding my age.people still say u look very graceful.i have sort of started feelin old with time,age,and feel life slipping out.sons have grown up,my financial condition is not as before,but my young urges seem to be taking flight.i am in a situation where i cannot connect to people regarding my feelings.some times when i do,every one is in a mess of one kind or the other.i have very strong sexual urges but have to restrain myself.my partner doest know about all this.he is a very uncomplicated person.sometimes i feel in a trap like situation of circumstances and emotions.i am very spritual too but with sex urges equally strong.so right now it is the agony of refusal,the search of meaning and ultimately the difficulty of accepting my fate is the major knot in my life.i feel loveless,aging and trapped in circumstances beyond my control.do not laugh.....for no one is spared!move on or help me with a remedy.

i am an intensly emotional person and most of the times people have said....its very difficult to read you.though i appear very calm and quiet out side,my mind is intensly active.i wish my thought process would be calm.
well if ther is any other information which may help you in helping me,plz let me know.

i think if i clarify it further.....it will be easy...our phisical relation is based on mutual consent.....no anals.....if its a question of recieving and giving.....mentally i am more strong......but i let him take the lead in sex matters.... i mean i dont like saying this....he thinks he has more of a physical control over me.....but i have mor control over him mentally....if thats what it is........

at present my flatulence is not as before but cervical spondolitis has somewhat increased with the winters.
right now i have a cold and since last time whenever i have a cold a particular area over my inner gumline develops a mild knot which hurts and goes away after the cold is gone.
you already know all other symptoms.

Your recent post made me to look at your older posts, and after going through this thread once again from the beginning, I can understand your frustration.
Let me be frank with you. Your case is difficult to deal with on forums like these. There are many self styled homeopaths out there, who start giving hopes, and then leave you in the lurch when the going becomes tough.
Please let me know the country to which you belong to. Perhaps I can refer you to someone more responsible in dealing with patients.
