11 yr old autistic son urinating in public
My son recently started to urinate on the school bus, he doesn't wet his pants he just takes it out and urinates on the back of the seat or floor, he also has been doing this at home in ;his closet and at time-out in school, he's never done this behavior before. He's has taken stramonium in the past has had severe night terrors, violent behavior, has gotten better, he was biting his hands and fingers until they had sores on them and was given Opium about 2 weeks ago, hes had this behavior but now its escalating, he has used belladonna in the past for bedwetting (which he is now doing again) Does anyone have any suggestions? I second the Hyoscyamus prescription.But after giving it, come back to the forum to report the response to it.For all you know, a sustained treatment may result in a cure of his autism.The age of miracles is not yet over.

If someone else,has already presribed, the indicated medicine,by the time you see the thread, there is nothing wrong in confirming it.
That will assure the patient,to a great extant that he can safely try it,as he got a second opinion too.

People can judge whether you are appreciating or sneering at.
In majority of the posts I don't make any comments,which you might not have observed.
I concentrate on such posts,where the advice given can be dangerous/and where people show utter disregard to accepted norms of behaviour.
Your behaviour on matters other than prescribing,reflects on your character as a person, and that will make people to judge whether prescriptions given by such people are worth listening to,or not.
I am minding my own buisiness,and that is the very reason for the above post.
My buisiness is to prevent patients from taking dangerous prescriptions and expose people like you, such that patients know whom to believe and whom to leave alone.

If hyocyamus niger 1M fails to work in this case, before giving up on this medicine try Hyocyamus Niger 6x and if it works then gradually raise the potency with each dose (if needed).
Belladonna, Hyocyamus and Stramonium are considered sister remedies but with all solanace family remedies results are rarely permanent. But if any of these work, this means that your child can be cured.

thank you each one for your information, I have given the hyocyamus 1M will wait and then give 10M if needed. I still haven;t seen any changes as far as the urination goes and he tries to kiss me on the mouth instead of the cheek. Thank you Sherry

Dear doctors, thank ;you so much for your help, I gave my son the 1M dose of Hyocycamus and he was doing wonderful , at school , at home, his behaviors were better, he wasnt;t afraid of the tub anymore and even started letting me wash his hair, his urinating gradually stopped on the bus after 4 days. It was great, this past week he went to see his cranial sacral therapist and she also uses natural healing,the next day he slipped and fell on the tile floor in our bathroom and hit his tailbone and lower back very hard, he cried about 1 hr and had a hard time moving , laid still , since both of these things have happened in the past few days, he's been acting like when he needed stramonium, trying to attack me and physically hurting me , biting himself, being very violent, afraid to sleep in his bed, had a couple night terrors last night. Do you know what could have brought this back on, he didn;'t fall asleep until 4am this morning, he gets afraid to close his eyes and sleep. Please answer as soon as you can, its so disheartening to see all his good behavior gone, he was even doing new things at school. Thanks Sherry

Dear Dr. Rajiv, in my desparation at 3:00 am I gave my son 1M of Stramonium and he went to bed, will that affect anything with the hyocycamus? I did give him arnica 30 c two times today and he seems better,quieter also. Thank you Sherry

Don't worry.Did Stramonium help to quiten him down?If still there is pain in the tailbone area, a dose of Hypericum 200C or a few doses of Hypericum 30C would suffice to take care of that.Give the remedy in water (dissolve a couple of globules or pellets in 1 cup of water, stir a few times and give 1 teaspoonful as a dose).
He will be alright.

dear rajiv, thank ;you for your response, the stramonium quiets him down initialy and he'll go to sleep then the next day his behaviors get worse, doesn't want to go near water and he awoke this am at 3:30am to go the bathroom, he seemed fine,he was sleeping in my bed though and then wouldn't go back to sleep, got upset and started to hit me and bite himself,( he knows when this is coming and he'll ask us by taking his hands to hold him down on the bed. It usually lasts anywhere from 5 - 15 mins. (almost looks like a seizure) afterwards his whole expression changes again and he wants you to hold him and kiss him. After this happen he will not go back to bed, he'll stand on the side of the bed if necessary and not get in. This also happens in the day for no apparent reason, the doctors call it rage episodes but I can;t settle on that, and I don;t believe in meds. I know this is long, I'm sorry I haven't slept much lately. Thanks Sherry

Sherry, I hope your son has recovered from the pain of his fall.
I am wondering if he needs another dose of Hyoscyamus since I read that Stramonium antidotes it.
I'm not telling you to do it, but I'm hoping this will get the attention of Rajiv or Dr. Mehmood and they will advise.

Do not give him anymore Stramonium. It is obvious from his reactions, which are quite obviously the proving symptoms of the remedy this is most deffinitely not the correct remedy for his case.
Yes, Stramonium antidotes Hyoscyamus to answer your question. These three remedies though, Belladonna, Hyoscyamus, and Stramonium, in their FULL drug picture, ALL cause symptoms of acute mania, and perosnally I would NEVER prescribe any of these unless this kind of picture was present, regardless of commonly held beliefs, and anyone who has actually proved these remedies will understand why.
They are all also acute acting remedies, and will therefore not touch your sons case at the level required to affect actual cure.
My advice would be again to apply the Hyoscyamus in a VERY low potency, a 6x by olfaction for example, as a further antidote to the Stram, and possibly to get things 'back on track' as this remedy at least seemed to be tolerated by your son. When you have done this post the reaction, and the symptoms he then has. Further antidotes may need to be applied, and then the CORRECT deep acting remedy given.

Kindly go a step further and tell us all where the 'problem' is . Are you implying that high potencies should be abstained ?
