hi rajiv,have woken up a bit miserable today as it`s my fourth day now with urine problems and pain,also haven`t gone to toilet for 5 days(well one day a very little bit)trying to be patient xx

sorry for all the messages today but ronan`s earache is back with a vengeance,he has woken twice already crying in pain,i gave him pain relieve but it doesn`t seem to help,his head is really congested too,he can`t blow his nose enough.can i give him anything else ,it has been over a month since his dose of drosera.why is this symptom reocurring ? reocurring worse?

What potency of Drosera had you given him?Wait for a couple of days.If the pain does not resolve on its own, then give a couple of doses of Pulsatilla 30.

i gave him 1 dose of 1m.in the morning it is ok but if its like the last time it will get worse in the evening.

I had told you about a very popular doctor's working who has been very very effective in curing chronic as well as acute diseases.
She also gives one dose of constitutional medicine weekly or monthly depending on the potency and gives medicines for the acute symptoms developing alongside.
Maybe I am wrong , but still I believe that you should take care of acute symptoms instead of being suppressed by a painkiller.
We all are observing the process and progress but cannot help to interject in between.
I hope you won't mind this.

There are many methods of treating in homeopathy.One is the method that the homeopath that you mention follows.I too use it sometimes but not in every case.Here understanding the acute crisis is very important.Is the acute a part of the healing process?That is an important question and needs a very deep understanding of homeopathic principles and also clinical experience to understand and interpret properly.If it is a part of the healing process, it is better to leave the acute undisturbed and in most cases they resolve in a few days.That is what has been happening in this kid's case again and again.
Besides, the kid was given Drosera 1M in dry dose (4th Organon method) for severe cough and asthma like symptoms.It has helped him enormously.For Drosera, Hahnemann has specifically mentioned (also seconded by masters like Tyler and others) that it should not be repeated lest the case is spoiled.I have used this remedy at least 6 times and each time the case resolved with a single dose.Everyone is conditioned by his experiences.Isn't it?Besides, is it wise to defy Hahnemann, Tyler etc.?
I have the child's best interests only at my heart just as you have.You also have told me that 'I should take care of acutes while treating chronic cases.' Well, i do.For example, when a patient suffers from indigestion due to dietary indiscretion while under chronic treatment, i treat the indigestion as an acute.But the acute must be a new disease superimposing itself upon the chronic picture.
Also, i would like to know about your homeopathic education and experience.Have you read and really understood the Organon (4th, 5th and 6th editions), The chronic diseases and also all the books by Kent. Because that is the bare minimum in my view in terms of homeopathic knowledge to engage in further serious discussion.

hi ,ronan has not complained more about his ear.thurs we have an appointment to take out the excessive wax(he always has had lots of wax).hopefully it won`t come again.
i am a bit better,i don`t have the hip or side pain and the burning sensation is less.today i took another dose.xxx

goodmorning,
my urine problem is just about gone now,there is hust a tiny burning sensation sometimes.now its my back,very stiff today,i`m heading for a hot bath.also my energy leverls have been very low since these tough symptoms,yesterday i had to take a doze after breakfast and after lunch but i am expecting my period and this happened last month too.when i finish my period i will be in mexico and don`t think i can log on but i will when i get back.happy christmas xxxx

thank you.would you mind if i posted my mother`s case and maybe someone might know a similar case and be able to help.she is still getting no help as they are doing tests,the latest is a lump on her neck and pain in her leg.e ven if its just to relieve her and not cure.you are a great expert,i wish you could help but i respect you can`t xxx

i am back now from mexico and had a lovely time and felt very well.i took my remedy there but i think there were alot of healing inhibitors there -very hot food(not used to)jetlag...
i had no prblems with acid or diarrerha like some people we met and i did go to the toilet normally a few times.i just noticed that because i had so much time to think i was dwelling on old insults etc reliving old situations in my mind and saying what i wanted to say at the time.

All the signs are excellent so far.That you didn't have any digestive troubles despite eating very hot food is indeed remarkable.Lack of constipation is again good.Staphysagria is known to enable people to overcome the effects of old insults and humiliations.That is what must be happening to you.
Keep taking the medicine till all the ailments go away or till you keep feeling improvements on this remedy and this potency.Also keep reporting periodically.

yes thats good news.
my little fella woody has become very chesty since we were away,you can hear every breath and this morning he vomited up phlegm after coughing.while i was away his grandmother started to give him a homeopathic cough syrup from a regular doc,it contains drosera and other things(d3 etc) but i stopped giving it as it isn`t classical homeopathy.will i wait and see? i gave him some inhaler before bed. xxx

hi all is well here except i think i have a little jetlag-i am wide awake at bed time a nd can`t sleep till 2 then get really sleepy at 12 midday but i`m sure that will stabilise xxxxxxxxxx

hi there,just to tell you the last week and a bit i have noticed much aggravation at all levels-i think last week i antidoted the remedy with too much coffee(normally i can have 1 or 2 a week) and felt like my old self again.yesterday was remedy day and will not tke coffee or anything which will upset remedy but i am very low,no confidence ,tired.... has the remedy dona all it can for me?¿

hi,i know you are busy but i feel i need to expalian how i feel.
my mentals are not shifting - i am still terrified to take out the car ,it is even turning into an obsession -i look at everybody driving and try to convince myself of how easy it is and how stupid i`m being buti can`t help it.
i`m lazy and abit anti-social,i`d rather stay at home all day with the kids than have to chat to people.
my back is bugging me too.
i do think the remedy ahs helped me alot,with the urine infection etc but is it going deep enough?

Sorry for the late reply.I had been busy and missed your post.It seems you have antidoted the remedy with coffee.Because if you were feeling great a short while back and suddenly it has changed and you say you have taken a lot of coffee lately, then that must be the reason.So, stop taking coffee till the treatment lasts to be on the safe side.There are instances where people have been cured with homeopathy and then they have taken coffee two years later and the symptoms relapsed.It does not happen with everyone but with those who are more susceptible to coffee.Susceptibility increases with increase in intake of coffee.
So, repeat the remedy on three successive days after 10 succussions each time and stop the coffee and then see what happens.Only then would i be able to judge what is happening.
