water in ears

from four days i feel that some quantity of water is gone in my ears and it sounds like 'chip chip' when i swallow saliva and i am also feeling that one ear is open and one ear is close .close in a sense that one ear sounds loud and one is normal
please help docs

Now, here is another thread of yours asking medicine for some other problem.

Are you not awre that your medicine has to be chosen based on all your problems put together, and not in bits and pieces?
