Thanks Dr. Rishimba, I shall take Phos 200 C as advised. Just to inform you that the weekend was one of the worst in recent times.My problems can be summarised as under:
Severely depressed and anxious, stressed, irritable and disoriented.
lack of confidence to do even very routine things. Felt I could not face anyone. Suffered from tremendous inferiority complex. Felt I was looking very ugly.

total lack of concentration and focus. Could not remember anything after reading.

Dr. Rishimba, I had taken Phos 200 about a week back. I do not find any relief in my condition. My old symptoms remain more or less the same. Besides, my energy level, desire for sex and mood are very low. Pl. advise.

if you do not see any improvement in the next one week, you should take a single dose of PSORINUM 10M.
then you have to wait for at least 15 to 20 days before we retake the case and start the treatment afresh.

Dr. Rishimba, I am again feeling down in the dumps. Phso 200 does not seem to have helped. I still feel that Lycopodium was a much better option as it helpled me immensely. Psoriunm 10 M which you have recommended, I have read, causes uncontrolled skin eruptions. I am apprehensive in taking it. I am totally confused. Please Please HELP!

so, if there is a mismatic block, we have to first attack the dominant miasm which in your case seems to be psora.
dr. mahfooz, please go through the full case from the beginning and tell me which is the dominant miasm in this case.
i could not place lachesis in the disease picture of the patient.
though lycopodium is anti psoric and also anti sycotic, it is not giving full relief.
an anti psoric nosode would probably be required in this case.

dont worry, about it. you should not have any skin eruptions.

I was advised to take Psorinium 10M by Dr. Rishimba on 22nd Oct. Before I could take the medicine I was down with severe Viral fever which lasted for almost 10 days.
I am once again going through a serious crisis. I am severely depressed, anxious with total lack of confidence, concentration, ability to think, and very poor memory etc. I am also feeling very weak. My eyes get strained and my vision during this phase becomes blurred. I also suffer from heaviness in chest, head and feel palpitations. I simply do not know how to cope up with all these problems. This is affecting my work and family life. I have become very forgetful and disorganised.I do not know how long I will continue like this.
