The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Kind Attn. Dr. Rishimba - Please Help Page 6 of 6

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I have been reading your posts which have spanned some considerable time. I notice some of your symptoms which I experienced 20 years ago. At that time, I did not know about Homeopathy, and instead tried Hypnotherapy. This did work and my life returned to normal. I now recognise if I am getting stressed/depressed and know how to deal with it. Also I found exercise to be a great benefit. I hope this has been of some help, and appreciate it is not homeopathic treatment, but I think any of the alternative therapies are worth a try.

Xinoxid, Thanks for your your valuable advise. I do agree that alternative therapies can work wonders as a complement to Homeopathy etc. Can you pl. tell me if your learned Hynotherapy from a qualified person or through some other source? I shall definitely give it a try. As far as exercises are concerned, I am almost a fitness freak. Its only when I go through my rough patch, that I become a little irregular.

Dr. Rishimba, I was feeling much better for the last two weeks. However, I received the good news of my promotions yesterday which made me very excited. I received numerous phone calls which made my stress and excitement even worse. Since yesterday evening I am facing the problems of anxiety, palpitation, heaviness in chest region, strained eyes, lack of concentration, lack of energy etc.

Can I repeat the dose of PULSATILLA 200c? Pl. HELP

Dr. Rishimba,

I took a dose of Pulsatilla 200C on Saturday (6th Sept'08). However, it has given me no relief. I am feeling terrible depressed and anxious for the last few days. I am unable to enjoy my success arising out of my promotion. Life seems to a burden which is very difficult to shoulder. I do not know when can I get relief from my problems. Do I have to turn to Allopathy to find a cure? I do not want to because of all the side effects. I am totally lost and wish you could be my guiding angel, as always.

please wait for a week and then we will assess the status.

you have just taken a 1m dose, you must give it time to act.

I will let you know my status after a week. However, just to update you that yesterday I was feeling very tense and sad for the whole day. In the evening I got my BP checked and it read 160/110. My doctor changed the allopathic medicine that I am taking for BP. I am very woried that my BP is not being controlled. I feel that I basically need to control my mind to keep a check on my BP. I am going through my low phases with total lack of energy, enthusiasm and feel very pessimistic. I am determined to fight my way out. I just wanted to know if I could take some homeo medicine to supplement my allopathic med. so that my BP could b controlled better. Could you suggest anything that would basically protect my heart. Even if on a SOS basis? I shall be highly obliged for your valuable advices.

Dr. Rishimba, I had taken a dose of SEPIA 1M on 24.09.08. As informed earlier, my BP had shot up to unusually high levels. For the last 4-5 days my problems have come back very badly. I am feeling lack of confidence, concentration, poor memory, severe anxiety & depression, lack of energy, drive etc. I am hardly able to focus on anything. My eyes seem strained and feel heaviness in chest. My BP would also be unstable. Pl. advise me as to what should I do?

Dr. Rishimba,

I have not been able to reply to your detailed questionnaire due to paucity of time and lack of energy.

Meanwhile, I am once again going through an extremely rough patch marked by the following symptoms:

-Severe depression & Anxiety
-Lack of concentration and confidence
-Tendency to avoid meeting people
-deep sense of inferirority complex. I feel I am looking -ugly and might be --unacceptable to people.

-Poor memory.

Obseesion that something is wrong with my heart and any exertion will further aggrevate it.

Could you please suggest as to what should I do? I am taking anti-hypertensive drugs (Telma AM & Seloken-XL 100mg). Besides, the doctor has advised me to take Rivotril (SOS) for anxiety. But don't want to be dependent on so many drugs. I am presently not taking Rivotril.

This is a SOS please.

DR. Rishimba,

My old symptoms and complications are just nolt going away. I still get bouts of severe depression and anxiery which completely throws my life out of control. I am currently also going through such a crisis. Feel helpless. Can you once again help me?

babul27 last decade
Hey,
I really understand fully what you're going through. I suffered from the exact same problem. I must say that in order to get ahead of the longterm affects. One has to become educated. We all know that some people are genetically wired to crave and seek out sugar and fat. Functioning in survival mode, the brain signaled the body to eat as much as possible when it was available. Today, the cravings remain, even though these foods are widely available. Craving treats is also psychosocial and nostalgic.

I've been doing away with excess sugars. I now make it a priority to consume less than 10% of sugars per day. Contact me anytime for support.
