bacterial vaginosis againAgain me, 35 years old female, with bacterial vaginosis, more symptomps on thread forum2.php/69625/...
Please help...I started taking foliculinum 30cc 3 times a day...started on day 12 and countinue during my ovulation (days 12,13,14,15 and 16) then stop to use it and use it 4 days before menstruation (when I use to have problems, such as spotting, or discharge, brownish and inflammation of my ovaries, but mainly the right one)
Stop using anything inside (garlic or douche)...
So for the ovulation period and before and during menstruation I think foliculinum 30 c worked, because it stopped the discharge and lowered the inflammation like a 90%.
After my menstruation finished I stoped taking the remedy (foliculinum) becuause I read it was more efficient taking it like I wrote above (ovulation and before menses)...
its been 6 days now after my period and I feel the inflammation and had a brownish discharge...tried PALADIUM 30c, and it didnt worked, also Sepia 30c and nothing
Should I return with Foliculinum 30c like for a month or more? or should I change the potency...
Another thing to remember, I think I acquired this bacterial vaginosis because I went to some sessions for laser hair removal on the bikini area, so I thing that because the laser beam is really strong and burns and this is a very delicate area, I thing this procedure must have KILLED MY GOOD BACTERIA!!!!! and that's why it change the flora and my ph...
In the test of the vaginal discharge sent by the gynecologist it appears that it is not positive to like 30 antibiotics...and in the pap smear appeared type II inflamation and nothing suspicius of cancer.
Also I should tell you that the discharge doesn't have a bad odor, but my menstruation has a lot of clots (that I didn't have before). The discharge that follows the menstruation resembles like egg white, in consistency, and in changes in color, one day could be almost clear, other day whitish and other day stained with blood, a little bit pink or sometimes brownish (like if blood it's been retained)
Also I'm trying to follow a healthy diet but I haven't totally eliminate gluten and casein...do I also have to follow a strict diet?
thanks for any help

Some women using the NuvaRing® for contraception have also noticed an increase in normal vaginal discharge. This is likely due to the local presence of hormones that allows for optimal development of the good bacteria lactobacilli, which contributes to a healthy vaginal ecosystem by combating the overgrowth of yeast and offensive bacteria.
It has done wonders for my self esteem...If all else fails, I suggest you try it. It is the only consistent remedy I have been using for the past year and I have no symptoms. Real easy to use too. Just leave it in place for three weeks and take it out for one...it's not a daily hassle.

Also twice a day and like 3 times a day during menstruation (when it gets more alkaline) I douche with 2 or 3 spoons of white vinegar in 250 ml of water aproximately.
And I've been clear! but I don't know if I could relapse, hopefully not. Also I try to remember having 2 peeled garligs a day but some hours away of my oral probiotics, 'cause I don't want the garlic kills the new good bacteria.
I have stopped douching 'cause I have an appointment on june 18th with the gynecologist, just 3 days after my menses. I changed the doctor, this one a friend of my recommended to me, is supposed to have a more 'natural' approach. So he'll check me and take the pap smear...and I let you know if it worked or if I still have it and perhaps having no symptoms or if I have relapsed, hopefully not, I let you know.
I also want to tell you that I read that it excist on the market a vaginal wash and a lactate vaginal gel, that are supposed to help you to have the right 'ph' but none of them are available in Mexico yet.
Well I keep you informed and thanks again for your advice.
