Menstrual Issue, need help!

I am new to the site and a beginner in homeopathic medicine, but I would love it if someone could help me with this issue. My husband is in Iraq and will be coming home for his 2 week 'vacation' next month. I have four children and a house to maintain alone at this time. Due to his homecoming, the children have been active, to say the least. I have been trying to get the house as close to perfect as I can expect of myself. Due to all this stress, I am almost a week late for my period. Obviously, I cannot be pregnant. My husband has had a vasectomy and hasn't been home in 5 months to impregnate me at any rate. I am extremely cranky towards the kids, bloated, tired and having break outs. Is there a medication that will induce my flow? Anything at all that will get me bleeding so that I can return to normal? I'd be willing to try anything. I don't know if I should expect this often, it's the second time since he left that I've had a delayed period. It's really a miserable situation. Any help at all would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks so much.

Thanks so much for your suggestion. Menstruation DID begin within 24 hours and my flow was not any different than usual. I was a little worried that I would have a heavier flow, but that was not the case. You've been a big help! Take care of yourself!!
