Question about dosages

I spent some time doing the survey thingy, and the recommended remedy was Sulphur. I also read the info on dosing, but I'm still not sure which to choose.

My problems (fibromyalgia/back pain and skin troubles are long standing and chronic, so I guess that means the higher dose, but which higher dose, and taken how frequently?

Another question is: If Sulphur is recommended, does that mean that a sulphur such as in the form of MSM would do the same thing?

My sulphur came in the mail, and I forgot to ask: three times daily, but how many pills per dose? Also, how long would I take it?

And one more question!

I know you're not supposed to eat before a remedy. How much time between eating and taking a remedy is advised, and also, how long after taking a remedy can one have food or drink? Should the mouth be clean, as in brushing first?
