Sleeping disorder
I am 62 , female with active habits . last 6-7 weeks I am having problem in sleeping . Either an hour of sleep or , keep awake throughout the night . The first answer to this - I know - is ANXIETY . I swear there is no cause of any anxiety in my life now . I tried with Benedryl , Unisom , clerozopum and Alzolum for few nights serially in turn. The first night gave me comfort but none worked from the second night .I was prescribed Ignatia with some strength now . DOES IY HELP and if it does , in which way ?

Start with Kali Phos 6X four tabs...four times a day.
Some times there is absence of sleep due to lack of physical activity. You have to get physically tired to fall down to sleep.....that is natures way. The body has been made for both physical and mental activity.
We ignore the physical part many times.

Dear Dr.Pankaj Varma, The remedy you selected is excellent but I am doubt that the potency 6x will agrrevat. Is 30 potency is not safe.

Thank you for your swift reply . like I said , I am and was highly active in domestic front , work pranayam and yoga every morning . At present , we had been enjoying and nursing two grand daughters ( 17 months and 14 days ) and I have also to look after the mother . I do it at ease and without any sign of tiredness . Actually I am very happy with the present life and otherwise also , our lifestyle is very much centered on social and cultural activities . Honestly , I have a lot of physical exrcises with balanced foodhabit .
With these input , what could be your recomendations ? And will not IGNATIA AMARA help the symptoms ?

I think that this lady needs 1 dose of Sulpher 1m.If she dose not get any result then she will get result from Staph 1m.Take care

Thank you very much for the prompt replies - Dr Verma and Dr Butt. I am getting the medicines on line and that would require just few days . Meanwhile I request you to advise me
AA . If I continue my thyroxin tablets - 0,5 one tab daily as per prescription , will that affect either of the medicines ?
BB. Since the homeo meds take little bit of time to really show result and I am really quite tired for such a long disorder , can I take Alzolum 0.25 or 0.5 for few nights while I start the homeopathy teatment ?
The other thing I was noticing that my veins on both the arms are now very prominently showing up - like never before . Has this got any connection with my sleeping problem ?
