Sleeping disorder
Hi. I'm 59yeard old man.I have severe sleeping disorder for 3 months. It's difficult to fall asleep and get awake too. quickly(2-4hours, not deep sleep at all). I tried zolpidem and/or zanax(aprazolam, antianxiet drug) for sleep induction, which showed some effect, but now stopped because of concern of addiction.
At present(since 3 weeks ago) I take 3mg of melatonin with chamomile tea before going to bed, which is losing its effect.
I have irritable bowel syndrome and mild anxiety disorder, which aggravate each time of sleepiness night.
*The bottom line: difficult fall asleep and inadequate poor-quality sleep. early waking and difficult to returning to sleep
I look fw to trying homeopathic remedy.

1. Nux Vom 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. dont repeat.

--- pills are only available in WHP, but sulphur not 200 but 7X. 200c = 7x???
or same item with pellets in Hyland? pellet = pill???
*I'd like to order from Hyland if possible.

I took the pellet and tablets with water like other medicinexpensive. But the instruction says I should take them sublinguallyrics without water. Do I have to take again?

first one(nux vomica) was taken as instructed on DAY1.
But remaining two remedies(sulphur and ferrum phos)were taken with water instead of sublingually on Day2(morning & night) and DAY3 morning.
A. I restart all the three remedies.
B. I restart the last two remedies sublingually.
Which is correct?

Hi. I tried to take the regimen again because the previous attempt had problem in taking.
Today is the 7th day. Curently I take only ferrum phos 5tabs at every night.
Sleeping has been improved only a little bit(about 30% improvement) so far. I can't fall into sleep every night and sleeping time is only 3-4.5 hours without deep sleep.
I wonder how long I should continue this regimen.
