Hair loss

Dear Sir

I am suffering from HYPOTHYROIDISM from last two three years.The T3,T4 level are normal but TSH level is 10.ALSO I am facing chronic pain in Kidney from last six years.I have faced severe hair loss due to this.
Can you suggest me what medicine should I take and how often.What is the expected duration of treatment to cure it
