ocular herpes, swollen eyelids and neck glands, please help!

I infected myself by rubbing my eye with a finger whith the virus on it. The skin around the eye is compleately swolen and has been so for 2 years. I look sick. The right eye is worse. Very swollen neck glands always. Horrible. can anyone help me with figuring out how to treat the eyelis swelling and the herpes?
