Vit B12 Deficiency

I have an acute Vit 12 Deficiency.Is there any Homoe Medicine for it?
Loose stools(regularly),Right ear feels stoppped,right testicle has pain,chilliness generally,dryness of head and skin,Dandruff

One dose of Nitric Acidum 30.

From next day
Take lycopodium 6c once a day for two weeks.

Next time if you feel symptoms are arriving again, take Lycopodium-30, only one dose.

I'm not a doctor, but one thing you might consider or ask your doctor about is methylcobalamin, which is what the liver converts b 12 into. Here are a couple of links:
