Dear Dr.Andres,My relative 46yrs old man has been suffering from Jaundice since 45days.The serum bilurobin is 20.He has vomitting,no appetite, wt.loos,little bit constipation,cevere itching.
I have advised him to take Natrum Sulph-3x,2TabX4times and Chelidonium-Q,5 dropsX4 times alternatively daily 2days back.
Is it ok?Pls advise.

Dr. Mahfooz is right. Natrum sulphricum is a great cell cleaner and Chelidonium is one of the best remedies to treat hepatic and gall disorders.
You can give these remedies to him with trust.

Dear Dr.Mahfuz/Dr.Andres,
The patient started medicine on 13-03-07 but on 14-03-07 doctors observed formation of water with a little flatulance in the stomach.Patient feltlittle bit comfort after leaving stool. Is it any side effect of NatS/Chelidonium?Pls advise present course.

Chelidonium is a very good remedy to treat the hepatic problems. How does it act? He makes a blood depuration in the liver and in the gall bladder (mostly in the liver) and the toxins are throw away by liquid way (by urine, sweat or bilis).
Natrum Sulphuricum is the best remedy to clean the cells, because it uses the liquid in the cell to excretate all the toxins from inside to outside. The is a very good remedy because it drains the organism and allow the organism clean itself at all.
If your patient percieves some liquids in the stomach or in the stools (he may suffers some kind of light diarrhea), don't worry. He must drink a lot of water (2 or 3 liters every day) and in a short time he feels a good amelioration.
As Dr. Mahfooz says, after three days, you can report and we'll study the results.

But repertorizing, we found three symptoms:
- liver enlarged
- jaundice
-itching during jaundice
The first two are covered by arsenicum and chininum (with high grade this last); the three are covered by Hepar Sulphuris.
I'd propose to your analisis the use os CHININUM 30c or HEPAR SULPHURIS 30c, in the same way as you said (one dosis and wait).
