Throat Infection

I am having soar throat since last 10 days.No running nose, just soar throat.Now since 2 days developing phelgum which is green in color and very sticky. Find it very difficult to clear from my throat. Slight cough due to sour throat. Feel like thorns in the throat especially at night.
Plz help
