Hair Loss

Hi I am Nasir. 29 years of age. I am loosing my hair since last 4 years. I dont have hair fall but my hair starts to become thin. With this thining process they are disappearing. Now I have a hole between my hair at the back top of my head and there is another empty space appearing on my head top. I heard that there is a harmone which is called DHT responsible for the hair loss. Can somebody help me to re gain my hair by blocking the DHT or some other way. Please advice my some medicine
