Panic disorder

I would like seek a permanent cure for panic disorder/anxiety and not simply treatment options. I am currently on xanax and would like to try a homeopathic remedy. I am a tall, 22, and fair complexion person. I have always been axious and panic type since childhood. Taking tests, talking in public, leadership etc were all anxious events. It became a full blown problem, after taking a lot of strees, just a year ago, when I was having palpitation, trouble swallowing, vertigo, and dizziness. I was prescribed xanax. So far, I am much better than before and definately relaxed. Still, I would like to try a homeopatic treatment. I heard aconite is good?

Also, I seek a treatment option for my skin condition. I have these black patches of discoloration on my neck, chest, and back. The discolorations are marked by a cluster of dotty protrusions. I also have them on my forehead and elbows. On can clearly make it out on my forehead. The dots cluster together and form a patch. What would be the best remedy for this problem.

Thank you

Ars Alb is a good remedy. It seems to reduce my anxiety and panic attack.

I still need a remedy for skin problem. I have dark discoloration around the neck, the back, and some parts of the chest. Do you think Ars Alb can treat that also?
