acne and allergy, worse with medication

Hello, my name is diego, and i'm a pulsatilla man.
I came to a homeopathy proffesional because of eye allergy problems. I have got great improvements of my condition, but every month she prescribes a pulsatilla dose as a reinforcement to the treatment. This last occasion I was perfectly healthy, and when I took it my allergy came back, i started coughing and my acne get worse, i've got many pus-filled pimples.
Anyway, my question is, is this a good signal? does it mean that the treatment keeps working?

now you can continue one dose of Calc Sulph 1M and wait for a week to getting the result.

i've seen that calc sulph will do great with the supurative process, but is 1M the correct potency? I mean, isn't too high?
