This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
please state the exact location, distribution, shape and size of the warts.

some remedies which are generally indicated are THUJA, CINNABARIS or NITRIC ACID.

it has to be seen, which one fits on you best based on the above.

Penile warts respond to Nitric Acid 200 well.

But ur description does not match with warts. Anyway since i am not being able to see i take your words to be true.

I had shown this to a skin specialist many years ago and he said these were penile papillae and are harmless in nature. However, now I want to explore the possibility of removing these using homoeopathy.

please try cinnabaris 30c twice daily, 12 hours apart, for 15 to 20 days.

Thank you for your advice, will try and get the pills from a pharmacy this weekend. Could you advise on what kind of results to expect. Is there a need for any ointment. Has this type of condition been treated successfully with the medicine, just curious so I can have realistic expectations from the treatment

you can try applying THUJA tincture on the affected area thrice a day. thats the only homeopathic remedy which can be locally applied for removal of warts.

i do not know if they are really warts, but if they are, they should gradually get withered out and fall off.

if you do not get absolutely any change even after two weeks, stop the remedy.
