copd , blood urea 68, creatanine 1.3,, esr1.8, heart enlargement, swelling on lower legs n feet , n lungs problem

my mom is 74 years old now , she has now several dieases , lungs, heart enlargement , swelling on lower legs n feets , she cant sleep while lying down on back she can only sleep while sitting n dropping legs , if she try to ling down after some time she feel not normal , , urine come in drops , some times uric acid also increase it was last time , 6.3, epithilial celss 4-6/hpf, kindly help to find the best homeopathic medine precaution
