Hair loss in beard again

I have just joined this site so not sure what to do exactly. I'm just wondering which remedy I can take to stop this alopecia again.
I had it 3 years ago in my beard, then it went to a large patch on my head too.
I'm a 42 year old male.
I have suffered with a fibromyalgia type illness for nearly 20 years.
I have a theory that the hairloss is related to fear of violence and/or stress/anxiety. Both times I have been involved in potentially dangerous situations. This one is avoidable, as was the last one but this is only my theory as to why it has come back.
Any replies would be appreciated.

Please take single dose of Syphilinum-1M on first day and next day start with vinca minor-6x two doses (morn & even) for two weeks and come back with results.

I have just finished the remedies you advised and the only thing to report is that the patches are slightly bigger if anything.
