Appendicitis - Need Help URGENT

Dear friends,
I am busy with arrangements for my sister's wedding next week - when suddenly I am diagnosed with this problem and asked to take bed rest and liquid diet. Please look into this and give your valuable feedback ASAP so that I can be up and running around for the marriage arrangements. Thanks in advance.

[b]1. Age/Sex/Country/Climate:[/b]
32 / Male / INDIA / Hot humid summer at present

[b]2. Current complain - from how long:[/b]
Diagnosed with Sub Acute APPENDICITIS (since 2 days) - started after 2 weeks of allergic asthma and bronchitis and right lung was getting infected. I took a couple of doses of Bryonia - then these symptoms receded quite a bit; But I suddenly sneezed a number of times and suddenly pain in right abdomen side started.

[b]3. Current medicine you are taking:[/b]
Homeopathic:
Iris Tenax 30 - 5 drops 4 times a day
Cajuputum Q - 10 drops 4 times a day
{are these medicines OK? }
Allopathic doctor prescribed antibiotics - Ornidazole.

[b]4. Sign & Symptom of disease:[/b]
Pain in right side of abdomen below the lungs - towards the side. Rebound tenderness in that area. Tenderness of liver and pain when pressed. Nausea & Vomiting. Need to strain excessively to pass stools. Difficult to pass Gas. Bloating.

[b]5. Breif medical history:[/b]
Allergic / Asthmatic since past 14 years.
Dandruff/ Eczema of scalp since past 18 years.
Difficulty to pass stool inspite of several visits to the toilet - since past 18 years. Incomplete evacuation of bowels.
Irritable Bowel syndrome since past 10 years.
Skin - Erysipelas - localized redness and itching.

Fathers side - Asthma
Mothers side - Skin problems

[b]7. Education and Nature of Profession of Patient:[/b]
Post graduate engineer. Used to work in the software field. Currently not working and at home - overwhelmed by diseases. Also, cannot tolerate Air-Conditioned environment or closed rooms or dust.

[b]8. Desires and aversion of food:[/b]
Craving for Sweet foods. sometimes salty also.
Unable to tolerate spicy food (especially hot chillies). (it causes burning in rectum)
Unable to tolerate Onions and cabbage - (stomach upsets).

[b]9. Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry..etc.:[/b]
I like to be DIFFERENT from others always - I tend to do everything differently. I feel I am someone SPECIAL.
I do not like to be controlled or bossed around by others; for this reason, I cannot work under anybody. I have changed several jobs due to this factor alone.
But I do try to keep strict control over members of my close family circle. I am quite a DICTATOR with them.
I am shy and timid towards strangers.
I cannot tolerate inefficiency in work - I get angry if someone works very slow - or is not able to think and act as fast as I do. (Perhaps, this is due to some inferiority complex I suffered - that I feel, if i can do this in 2 days, others should do in 1 day or less than that !)
I cannot tolerate dishonesty one bit - I get into violent anger. I may even throw things at the person.
I am frank, straightforward, upright, BLUNT & UNDIPLOMATIC.
Also, I cannot be pacified easily; I keep repeating my arguments until the other party surrenders / accepts that they are wrong. (Some of my traits point to Ars Alb - according to my doctors)

[b]10. What makes it worse and what makes it better:[/b]
The appendicitis pain gets worse by MOVEMENT.
I am worse, by sitting, standing & Walking.
The pain is worse by coughing or sneezing.
I am better by lying down in one place - I dont feel any pain at all while lying on my back.

[b]11. Thirst/Tongue/diabetic...:[/b]
Excessive thirst for large quantities of water / fluids.
Tongue is coated thick white.
Non - Diabetic
