aconite 30c or 200c?
My one yr old has fever and cold. His symptoms match aconite with the dry mouth, excessive thirst and sudden onset of fever. Usually I dissolve 2-3 globules of the remedy in half a cup of water and give him one tsp dose every 20-30mins till the fever starts to come down. 3-4 doses are enough for him. However I dont have 30c today with me but have the 200c aconite. Can I do the same with 200c -- disslove in half a cup of water and give him a tsp every 20-30mins till the symtoms improve?white_miracle on 2007-04-27

You can use ANY potency you have, provided the symptoms match.
But, the aconite fever won't last long. It is like a storm that soon blows over.

Thank you Murthy-Bhai for writing back. My son is doing much better now, no fever, You are right, the fever was like a storm, it used to come in suddenly and with aconite dose, it went away fast.
I had this question which I am hoping you will answer. He has eczema and is under homeopathy treatment for it. With Aconite, it cleared up a lot. This is unexpected to me because I have never heard of Aconite in the treatment of Eczema. Does this usually happen or is it just a co-incidence?

Acute problems temporarily suspend chronic problems, and that might have happened in this case.
Another possibilty could be that the treatment for eczema by your homeopath is showing results, and your giving aconite may be a coincidence.
Aconite has nothing to do with Eczema, as nothing chronic is involved with it.
