Menses Cycle Problems!!!
I suffer from Luteal Phase Defect or short Luteal Phase which is the time between Ovulation and period. Mine on an average is 10-11 days (it should be 12-16 days atleast). I will be trying to conceive soon so, i want this problem to be corrected before i start.My doctor wants me to take glucophage but before starting that I want to look into homeopathy (since Glucophage has so many side effects). FYI My hormonal tests and ultrasound of ovaries came back normal.
I came here with lot of hope and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Long cycles, Short Luteal phase(in this cycle it was 10 days).
Long cycles stated 4-5 months back. About Short Luteal phase i cannot say when it started but i noticed my problem after i started taking my Basal Body Temperature about 5 months back.
Non diabetic
Salty
Normal thirst
Normal BP (120/75 most of the times)
I feel sad about my problem because i heard that Short Luteal Phase can cause early misscariages but i am very hopeful that it will be resolved soon.
No medication (I was taking Vit B6 for correcting Luteal Phase Defect but it didn't work so i stopped)
I did Masters
Housewife
I like spicy Indian food(not too spicy though).
I am short tempered, impatient,timid,nervous,loving, caring person.

I forgot to mention one thing that my cycles vary from 33-38 days in length and I ovualte late in the cycle, around 22nd-27th day.

try the following medicine
1. Borax 30CH 4-6 pills threet times in a day
2. Overy 3x 1 tab thrice in a day if found in tritruation or powder form then 1 grain three times in a day.
3. Rescue (Bach Flower remedy) i.e. 2 drops three times in a day to remove mental tension. Other wise you will not get the desire result.
go on continue for a month and report me. but you have to continue for long time.
