thuja 200

Hello, i have been advised to take Thuja 200, just one dose for a number of symotoms, including excessive anxiety leading to irritable bowel and, also, hemmorhoids. It's been 5th day after i took it- since then i had a bleeding hemmorhoid for couple days, which is getting better now, i think; also i have diarrhea right after breakfast with a very painful cramps, but then it gets better in the afternoon. Also i get a sensation of lump in my through ever now and and also pressing pains under my left rib and extending to the back. I have had these symptoms in the past- all of them. so i assume i am going through an aggravation? My question, then, is: how many more days i might have an aggravation and while the remedy takes its time to work thoroughly, how do i soothe certain symptoms? For e.g. there's a good herbal medicine i have to treat bleeding hemmorhoids, can i take it? What about anti-diarrhea medicines? I've read a lot on the topic, but still not quite sure how allopatic medicines interfere or not interfere with homeopathy. Thanks!
