hello rajendra sir....
i am 20 years old.i have been experiencing hairloss for the past 3 years.last year i consulted a doctor who told me that due to sinus problem the oxygen level in my blood is low ..also the blood circulation is low.so he suggested to do sirshasan for blood circulation and a few other things to keep my sinus under control.....but i didn't care and followed just the vitamin course he had given me ....i didn't reaaly benefitted ......now i am a little more concerned and have been doin everything from rubbing nails to sirshasan for the past 15 days ....although i am not expecting any improvement already ...but ur posts have made me hopeful of getting closer to i was hairwise ..also iwanted to ask u one thing ....my scalp does not have a completely hairless portion but my hair is very thin ..is the antiseptic thing u suggested to people above only for those who have developed scarring or it has to be followed by everybody ????....

apply urine on your scalp and rinse after 15 min. Drink your own urine (midstream) every morining empty stomach (if you can, do it 4 times a day). After 8 months you will see great results

how is your sinus now? if not cured then take its treatment first.
i would advice you take silicea 200 once wewek.
on other days take kali biochrome 30 three tim es a day.
report after 30 days of this treatment.

Iam a 35 year old woman.My hair has been greying since I was 22 years. I know Iam in the wrong forum, but your experience with rubbing nails has intrigued me. You have also mentioned that someone you know has reversed his greying with this nail rubbing technique.I have been rubbing my nails and doing pranayam for the past 7 months but the hairs are not turning black again. Could you tell me if this technique really works for greying hair or am I just wasting my time. is there any time frame within which I could expect results?

Thankyou for your prompt response.
I rub my nail consistently for 5 minutes (sometimes even 10 minutes) in the morning and evening everyday.I do it on an empty stomach in the morning, but in the evening it is usually after a snack.

Good. Is there any dandruff or dryness in your hair?
I would suggest wash your hair with some antiseptic solution either dettol with water of savlon with water. ALso apply curd and Lemon juice occassionally.
Hope results will improve.

Again, thanks for your prompt response.
I do have dry hair and skin. Dandruff is pretty minimal. I apply curd once a week- but I havent tried lemon yet.I will do that. I will also try the dettol idea.
one more question- Does application of commercial hair dye hamper the progress?

thanku rajendra sir for your response......i have severe dandruff as well ...its very greasy causes a lot of itching...and sticks into nails....when i wash it wid sum anti dandruff shampoo ...it goes away....but it comes back again and situation becomes the same in a period of 2-3 days....i don't which is a bigger problem ...hairfall or dandruff..wat shud i do ???

Yes your problem is Dandruff which is a septic condition. I doubt any sgampo will help unless properly treated.
I beleive the dandruff must be yellowish and not white in your case.
If so use 'Kali Sulph 30' 4 pills three times a day for a 3 days.
If no improvement then take Graphites 30 4 pills three times a day.Report after 3 days.

u have been a gr88 help ...dandruff is more yellowish than white...sometimes there are small crystalline particles of light yellow colour....wat shud i proceed with ???kali sulph or graphite ???

i'll b starting wwith the kali sulph course frm tommorow ,....can 2 homeopathic medicines be taken together ???if yes the plzz elaborate the procedure..(u had given me a medicine fr sinus too}..also how much tym will it take for me to realise improvemnts in my dandruff condition if Kali sulph works ....coz normally homeopathic medicines take a lot of tym to show results ...as i m little impatient by nature it will help me if u tell me sume tm period fr it to show results ....i'll b able to follow the procedure better...finally i wud like to thank u fr all ur help ....
