Multiple symptoms

1. Penis:

I am 28 years old, male, Indian. I masturbate almost every night. But sometimes (once in 2 or 3 months) after Masturbation there is a sharp pain in the penis with a feeling to go for urination. After urination it feels good. And then after 5 minutes I feel like going for urination. Very less amount of urine comes out second time and it feels good after urination. But the urge to go for urination remains. This sensation of pain and urination urge stays for some 30 minutes. Later everything is fine. I don´t know if it is due to drinking water before masturbation or some other reason like cold climate as I live in Germany. I don´t like if my mouth feels a bit dry. So, I drink a small sip of water to avoid this feeling. I had jaundice one time in 2002 when I used to live in India because of eating in restaurants continuously for 10 days.

I got my blood and urine checked some 8 months ago. But the doctors didn´t report anything. They asked me to do sport as I have a bit low blood pressure. My uncle has diabetics.

2. Sweat in hands and feet:

Since my childhood I have sweat in palms of hands and feet. I feel very ashamed to give a handshake with someone. I have to wipe my hands before that. My feet get sweat if I wear sandals or slippers. And they looks muddy and dirty because of sweat. So, I like to wear socks so that they absorb the sweat from feet. I get sweat also in the arm pits
but the sweat in hands and feet worry me a lot. It doesn´t depend on climate. I thought after coming to Germany I won´t have sweat as it is cold here. Now, a days I put my hands in cold water so that sweat doesn´t come at least for sometime. I get sweat if I start thinking about something. I don´t know when it doesn´t come. I cannot observe it because if I think about sweat it comes in 5 minutes. At that time my doctor thought that I belong to Calcarea Carbonica. I used it for some time. During childhood I used to be lazy to go to stool. I used to go once in 3 days. But now, I go regularly everyday.

Recent symptoms (since 6 months):

3. Right Nipple:
There is sometimes a sharp pain on the skin of the right nipple. This usually comes after taking a shower because the skin there becomes a bit dry. It looks a bit dark in colour and a little bit broken skin.

4. Right Nose:
When I clean my nose every morning some dry blood attached to the dirt or dust in the right nose comes out. But on weekends as I stay at home there is not so much dirt and dry blood in the nose. I feel like there is some wound inside the right nose.

5. Skin on the eye lids and around eyes:
It looks like some white powder on the eye lids and some skin comes out. I showed this to a allopathic doctor and she told that it is eczema. I applied some creams given by her. But it didn´t help. I took Graphites 30. It looked like it is gone but then it came again. The water in Berlin is very hard. If I take shower and dry my body then after half an hour the skin layers appear and it looks dry and white in colour. I remove the skin layers. They are very small layers. That´s
why it looks like white powder. Some times there is itching but not often. If I scratch then it becomes red and then later dark like black.

I got eczema when I lived in a hostel in India and used to wear the same underwear two days. I had eczema also between the inside of the elbows and knees after coming to Germany. It used to look red and a bit itching.

I can give more information if needed.
Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Avoid so much of Masturbation>

Have some control on yourself.

Take Sulphur 200C (2 drops in some water in the morning after bath)only once.

Next day take Natrum Muir 30C (4 plls at 8AM and 6PM) for 3 days .

Report after 3 days.

Thank you very much for your answer. Is this symptom in the penis dangerous? or is it normal?

And which problem does Sulphur or Natrum Muir solve among the ones I mentioned?

I was reading the symptoms of Sulphur and they don´t seem to match me.

Thank you

Dear experts,

Can you please reply if the symptom in the penis that I mentioned is dangerous or is it due to drinking much water ?

Also, when you mention any medicine then please mention which of my 5 symptoms was given importance so that I know which symptom is dangerous.

Also, I am bit depressed these days as I am not satisfied with my job, health and social life. Because of this I am becoming irritated or frustrated or angry very fast.

Thank you

..
Then what is the medicine that matches your symptons which you have identified?

I do not know which medicine matches my symptoms. But when I saw the symptoms under sulphur I felt that I am not a sulphur person.

Actually, if my symptoms are not dangerous then I prefer not to take any medicine. I was afraid if they are symptoms of any disease.

Thank you for the reply.
