height increase

hi sir,
i am sibaram from mumbai. i saw ur advice regarding height increase on ur website. my age is 26 and height is 5.2'. my father height is 4.8' mother is 5'.i am working in a MNC but due to height i am not recognized promotions.please advise me is there any possibility of height increase .
