Allergy
It was two months ago when I got this allergy. Any part of my body can become reddish. First I can feel little bit itching, heat on that area and then I can see that area have become reddish. On itching (whether do it or not) my skin area become swollen. This disappears itself in two or three hours even if I do not take any medicine. But then it reappears after 5/6 hours maybe at some other area/s. If I take some anti allergic it disappears but comes after a day or so. I doubt it is because of plants that I have grown this season in my home! Can any one help me? Thanks

Thanks Faisal, I have ordered for Urtica. When I get I will tell you. What do you think about what Dr. Mahfooz is saying? Should I take Sulphur before starting with Urtica? if yes then Sulphur in which potency?
Thanks a lot.
Thanks a lot.

I would request Dr. Mahfoozurrehman to kindly let me know where it is mentioned that Uritica is to be given after Sulphur or it is his own experience.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Dear Dr. Faisal AOA,
The symptoms of the patient leads to Sulpher as
This is great Hahnemannian anti-psoric. Its action is centrifugal-from within outward-having an elective affinity for the skin, where it produces heat and burning, with itching; made worse by heat of bed. Inertia and relaxation of fiber; hence feebleness of tone characterizes its symptoms. Ebullitions of heat, dislike of water, dry and hard hair and skin, red orifices, sinking feeling at stomach about 11 am, and cat-nap sleep; always indicate Sulphur homeopathically. Standing is the worst position for sulphur patients, it is always uncomfortable. Dirty, filthy people, prone to skin affections. Aversion to being washed. When carefully-selected remedies fail to act, especially in acute diseases, it frequently arouses the reactionary powers of the organism. Complaints that relapse. General offensive character of discharge and exhalations. Very red lips and face, flushing easily. Often great use in beginning the treatment of chronic cases and in finishing acute ones.
Dry, scaly, unhealthy; every little injury suppurates. Freckles. Itching, burning; worse scratching and washing. Pimply eruption, pustules, rhagades, hang-nails. Excoriation, especially in folds (Lyc). Feeling of a band around bones. Skin affections after local medication. Pruritus, especially from warmth, is evening, often recurs in spring-time, in damp weather.
I therefore, suggested it, I think One dose of Sulpher-200, will clear the position and hope the second remedy will not be required.

Dear friends
The skin problem changing places is there prominently in Mezerium. Have a look at it, and see whether it fits.

The principal use of this remedy is in eruptions and ulcerations.
Even when there is nothing to be seen, there is violent itching and the patient rubs and scratches until the part becomes raw and then burns; itching changes place; the part becomes cold after scratching, cold in spots. Itching changing place after scratching, especially when associated with no visible cause.
Vesicular eruptions upon the skin, running a certain course, itching, burning like fire; dries into a crust and disappears; a new crop appears near or in the same place.
They are often elevated.
This is the picture of Mezereum as told by Kent.
I only told to see if it fits, by asking more questions.
If you are sure that it won't fit, with the scanty data available, it is upto the patient to study further, and decide what to do.

It looks lot of confusion in the suggestions to the patients by Mr. Murthy.
I would suggest that Mr. Murthy take up the new cases and not to interfere at the second or third stage of advice.
He atbest can separately advice the concerned Doctor/Advisor so that the patients should not loose faith in the present Forum.

My suggestions are directed at protecting the patients from harm, through irresponsible, ill thought out, hasty and dangerous prescriptions.
Let the patient decide what to do in case of conflicting advices.

I have not yet received the medicines, but according to my doctor to whom I just explained the symptoms, he told me that it seems like urticaria. Actually I grew many plants inside my drawing room. Later I found different flies laying eggs on the plants as well as in the soil which resulted in a no. of flies. In order to get rid of them, I bought a spray from the market and sprayed on the flies and their eggs four or five times in a day for five six days. This problem appeared after this spraying and all that.

Despite spraying the flies grew more and more in no. and now a days I see them flying here and there. I have put all the plants outside. And after a week to shift to another city.
