Stop mag.phos now and give a SINGLE dose of conium as suggested earlier.
I am reproducibg it below.
'Mix two drops of the remedy in about 30 ml. of water thoroughly, and ask him to take it.
Make sure that there are no odors on him (perfumes etc), near him( sprays in the room etc) and in his mouth before taking the medicine.
This is called a test dose. You have to wait for two days, and report all the subtle changes you notice.'
Come back after two days and report.

No subtle changes have been noticed.
Steve finds it very hard to understand that 2 drops in 30 ml water can make any difference to the way he has been feeling for the last 3 years. Can you explain what this test was for?

A test dose is given to assess the dosage pattern required.
Let him take the medicine every day, in the same way as mentioned before on three consecutive days.
Stop the medicine after three days, give a gap of one week, and report.
Make sure that you succuss the corked remedy bottle 5 times before taking the dose.

Steve has had a reasonable week - a very slight improvement overall.

ps although we have just got back from John Moore's University in Liverpool where a conference on Fibromyalgia was held and it was quite depressing not sure we will be rushing to any self help groups or conferences in the future!!

Since we last emailed - Steve has been up and down so it has been difficult to know actually when to email you. One minute not too bad then he would have bad day etc
The last week or two he has not been too bad muscle wise, but he has suffered with other symptoms instead - headaches, dizzy spells, head noise and distorted vision.
