chronic kidney infections

Hi

Seeking advise on a remedy to help a friend with repeated kidney infections resulting in hospitalisation everytime.

Infections happen after a period of stress in her life.

She gets sharp pain across her entire lower back stabbing pain and then a dull ache which is constantly there

Also sharp pain in her stomach that goes to her groin in a v shape

blood in the urine but only traces

having to urinate every 5 minutes or so

for the first 2 days of infection there is constant vomiting.

pain is worse when stood up, heat (hot water bottle) soothes the pain, over the period of the infection feels the need to drink a massive amount of water constantly has dry mouth, eating makes her feel very sick and the pain gets worse if she has dairy during the illness.

this has been going on for years and often she says she has to actively think about drinking enough.

Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks
